Magnificent

Everything. Stuff is extremely polite, very friendly. Hotel location is good, take a tuktuk or bolt taxi for 30b almost everywhere u go. Rooms are renovated and just perfect. Honestly, at this price range, don’t look any further, choose this hotel, and thank me later😉

Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gut. Kaffee schmeckte gut. Schwimmbad vorhanden.

Es gibt keinen kostenlosen Shuttle Bus alle 2 Stunden vom Hotel bis zur Beach Road und zurück. Leider kein Schwarz- oder Vollkornbrot zum Frühstück.

Preis/Leistung unschlagbar

Für den Preis wie es gebucht habe ist das Grass immer noch super. Preis/Leistung passt. Günstiger und Komfortabler geht es nicht.

Zimmerreinigung immer dann wenn man geschlafen/geduscht/oder ähnliches. Besser wäre wenn die Zimmerteinugung statt findet wenn der Gast außer Haus ist.

Bad to visit,

It's shows room with bathtub , and I booked it, but no rooms available with bathtub, when I show booking details to staff they told talk to your booking. Com, I tried calling the service number but no response from them , just recorded tape keep playing , they have joined two small beds to make ait a king bed , which is not really good , can't sleep properly,

it was a decent stay. definitely recommend if you wish to stay in a quiet surrounding.

rooms were good and comfortable and peacefu,away from hustle and bustle of walking street and night clubs.

a bit far from main area like walking street and other shoping centers like mall and bazaar.

Really enjoyed the comfortable beds! There was a pool which was nice for a dip but a bit salty,did the job! The breakfast is worth it for sure!

The view is not great! But for the value its a nice place to stop. You can rent a moped around the corner at pattaya bikes.com Watch for charges if you leave dirty towels? They will try charge you for this and even more for bed linens. Never heard of this before so be careful. However was a decent hotel and staff quite friendly.

ok for the price, if you can sleep through noise and be thin/light enough to be comfortable in the limited space

the staff were fantastic

don’t expect to sleep before 4am with the nightclub at the end of the condo complex. fitness centre has very limited equipment, which some pieces also were out of order, and very low free weights. bed was solid. if you are fatter than super thin don’t expect to get into the bathroom without stepping into the shower to close the door. sofa was very well worn and out of shape.

Terrible.

Overall experience was very disappointing.

Firstly, the pictures are scams. Don't believe in the pictures, they're way too greatly photoshopped. Secondly and most critically, you won't be able to sleep until 3am when the really loud music outside ends. If I knew these I never booked this hotel. The hotel lobby smells bad too like a never cleaned bathroom. Not recommended at all!

Day time staff were much better at helping than the night staff. Good location and comfortable bed

I had a problem with the lock on my door and the alarm for my room kept going off. This was at 1am I called reception who were no help I eventually had to go down to reception and I was told that they had no maintenance working and nothing they could do. I insisted that they were going to do something, eventually a member of staff had a look at the door and fixed it
