The 2 bedroom plus den apartment includes 3 full baths (accommodating 4-6 guests) and is accessible by private elevator. The spacious outdoor terraces with undulating glass provide captivating views of the Pacific Ocean, Banderas Bay, downtown Vallarta as well as the specular tropical mountain ranges.

We enjoyed a week in this lovely condo & had a great time. Well furnished, comfy beds with nice linens and a spectacular view. Ample room for our family of 4 with easy access to the pool and beach. Highly recommended!

Lovely property and stay while getting easy access to the beach and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with towels and we certainly enjoyed use of the pool. The place was clean and the condo staff were friendly. Amenities were five stars!
There was more foot work than anticipated to get set up for this stay- registering for access to the condo was a more involved process than anticipated and we had to coordinate with an on site assistant. While everyone was super nice, this extra hassle would have been easier if communicated up front. Expect to provide accurate arrival time, provide photo identification before hand via email, and register with the lobby desk attendant for wrist bands.
We would certainly come visit again! Perfect views with clean and ample accommodations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The location is within 10-12 minutes of the airport, near lots of great restaurants (marina area in particular), and still only a 100 pesos and 15 min taxi to downtown action. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything you need for a weeks stay. We spent most of our days on the beach in front of the Condo, but on the property grounds/pool area there are food options and a bar service (for a fee). The management staff were great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to vacation in PV.

Scheduled a quick vacation before school starts back up. Awesome location and a great property with all the amenities on site, short walk, or easy Uber ride. Tons of beach activities available.
Condo has beautiful views of the ocean, pool, and surrounding mountains. Host and property management team were easy to reach and available as needed. They checked in, things were running smoothly. Will book this location again!

We have stayed many times at the ICON. Best equipped kitchen ever. The views from the 18th floor are spectacular and the condo is wonderful. Clean, well furnished, and about anything you could ever need. Proximity to grocery store is an advantage. ICON property is beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. We'll be back!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Fully stocked kitchen, with comfortable beds and a great ocean view. The grill and bar were a nice bonus next to the beach and the pool area was beautiful. We hiked a lot and were able to see much of the PV area. Highly recommend.

Amazing beach front oasis
This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo in PV. We love it here! So peaceful and removed from the hustle of downtown but it’s only a 100 peso quick ride to the action of zone romantica when we’re in the mood. The pool, beach, spa and beach bar are fabulous and the staff is top notch. You won’t want for anything except more time here. Gracias Al y Leo.

The condo and grounds are beautifully designed for amazing breezes with both pool and beach access. We never did not find chaises!
Although getting to town requires a cab (they are under $5USD and always available) it is worth it for this condo space.
Staff, including condo manager, concierge and restaurant servers were all friendly and helpful. And Alan, the owner, could not have been kinder.

Spectacular!
The condo was very well equipped. The bedrooms have a balcony with a view of the city and the living/dining area has a balcony with a view to the beach. We enjoyed the nice big bathrooms and showers. The beds are very comfortable.

The view says it all
This was our second time in the unit, this time for 5.5 weeks!! It was fantastic. The furniture is basic and it isn't stuffed with "things" . There is good kitchen ware for cooking in, the grocery store is at most a 5 minute walk. The view out the expansive window (which opens almost completely) is AMAZING. We spent hours looking at the view. Sunsets were incredible. The bedding was comfortable, 3 bathrooms were great for a 2 bedroom condo. Loved having direct access from the elevator, so didn't have to take keys with us. The staff at Icon are super nice, friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to go back, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfectly sized, well equipped modern condo at the lovely ICON property.
My husband and I have stayed at the ICON many times and once again we had an excellent stay. Alan the owner was very organized and has Luxury Beach manage his property. Fiona and Leo the Property Managers were very responsive when we contacted them about check out. We actually had no issues so did not need their help very much. The beds were very comfortable and TV's in every room! Tip... on the remote there is a button that can change the language on some channels to English... The ICON is an excellent property. The concierges are more than helpful, the beach bar is great and doesn't break the bank. The servers are outstanding. Sorianas (the grocery store) is nearby and has everything you could need. Centro is a short cab ride away. We are returning to the ICON for sure!!

A Calming Oaisis
My husband and I enjoyed this sleek and very functional condo with such an extraordinary view and terrific amenities for January and February.Everything was comfortable and the condo is so well furnished and supplied. The ICON is right on the ocean and has everything you would need for an excellent vacation. The restaurant scene is to die for and we had one fantastic meal after another. Strolling the Malacon is a delight and so is shopping and visiting the art galleries Alan, the owner was amazingly helpful from my first inquiry to our last goodbyes and so full of good advice and information and tips for PV. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the whales and beach scene each day. The pools are nice and warm and the concierge staff so helpful, friendly and kind. The rental manager, Leo, was great and picked us up at the airport and was very responsive to any request. I would highly recommend this excellent condo in paradise!!

Brilliant!!
Alan's condo is everything that is described and more! The views, the views, the views!! OUTSTANDING. The condo is directly on the beach with exquisite views of the ocean and mountains from the front balcony and the city and mountains from the back.
Alan has decorated his condo with modern flare and comfort. I can't express enough how comfortable the beds were from the mattresses to the linens.The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need from a fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer to an IPad and Apple TV. Private elevator opens directly into condo!
There is a wonderful beachfront tiki bar with incredible food and drinks at Icon Vallarta. Incredible pool! The temperature of the ocean and the pool were perfect.
Alan was fantastic from the first time I inquired about renting his condo. He rapidly responded to me via email and phone every time I had any questions and was always upbeat, informative, gracious and kind. Alan knows Peurto Vallarta inside and out and was a wealth of knowledge to us during our stay. His dining and activity site suggestions were spot on. The Ocean Grille restaurant, which is only accessible by boat, was amazing nestled on a cliff with your own gorgeous beach. Be sure to dine at Vista Grill for an elegant dining experience at the top of a mountain with spectacular views of the city and the ocean. Order the "Sexy Coffee" if you want to witness the single most amazing coffee experience that you will ever witness...fire included!
If you're looking for excursions, go to no other company than Vallarta Adventures. Worth every penny. Safe, organized, exciting and too much fun! We had a ball on the "Outdoor Adventure" and the "Las Caletas" trips.
The property manager for Alan's condo, Leo, picked us up and returned us to the airport. Leo is a great guy with tons of personality and helpfulness! We had zero issues with Alan's condo but I know that Leo would have been right there if we had.
The concierge service at Icon Vallarta is also first class. We worked with the kindest young man, Andres. Andres was fun, outgoing and informative. He booked our reservations, gave us wonderful ideas and even called the "House Dr." for me when I needed one. Andres always greeted us with a big smile and a positive attitude.
My family and I HIGHLY recommend renting Alan's condo at Icon Vallarta. Our vacation there last week was our most favorite family vacation to date. Peurto Vallarta, Mexico is beautiful!

Loved Puerto Vallarta
Our family of 5 loved this condo and resort. I'm so glad we didn't stay in an all inclusive. All of the resort staff were very pleasant and helpful. The main pool was terrific. Our kids are 14, 10, & 8 and the pool was perfect for them. We walked to the Soriano several times and took a short taxi ride to old town each day for dinner. We can't wait to come back to Puerto Vallarta and if we do we'd stay at this condo again.

He helped with our luggage and gave us contact info if we needed anything during our stay. The concierge service was exceptional. Andre happily booked restaurant reservations, spa services, ordered taxis, etc. Overall, we received the BEST service we have ever experienced in over 10 years from an Owner - Alan, Property Manager - Leo, and Concierge Service - Andre. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck overlooking the ocean. Just beautiful. In late afternoon when the sun was really hot, we would move to the back deck for our afternoon cocktails! The view from the back is equally as beautiful; you see the entire city and the mountains.
The condo itself was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. TV's, with cable, in every room; along with an Xbox 360.
We really appreciated the all-in pricing that Alan offers. In the past, other Owners have charged an additional electrical fee which we never really knew was accurate or fair. It was nice to know exactly how much we were paying upfront; no surprises. For example, we stayed at Tres Mares one year for 3 weeks and were charged an additional $600US for electrical! We were blown away. We rarely use air conditioning, always shut the lights off when not in use, and never leave anything on unless we're using it.
Unfortunately Alan's condo is booked for next March or we would have rebooked in a second!

We stayed for 4 weeks in this wonderful condo and could have easily stayed longer. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a den, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, and balconies on the front and back (off the living/dining and the bedrooms). There are plenty of pots, pans and cookware so that you can eat in (which we did almost every night) and there is an excellent supermarket, a five minute walk away, with all the food items you need: fresh guacamole, salsa, chips, tortillas, rolls, pastries and cakes!!! There is a Margarita machine and a super powerful blender to make wonderful Banana/Papaya daiquiris (our favorite).
The high point of each day was cocktail hour out on the front balcony watching the sunset. It’s hard to get a feel from the pictures how wonderful this is; in fact the front sliding glass doors to the balcony open almost all the way to a view that is close to the full width of the unit. The bay and ocean feel like they are a part of the living room!! Each night the sunset was different and beautiful, why go out?
There are TVs with some English language cable channels in each bedroom, living room and even the master bathroom. There is also an Xbox One, VOIP phones, WIFI, DVR, Apple TV, an Ipad and HP printer and a couple mobile phones for your use. We did have some problems with the internet, but as soon as we contacted Alan he got in touch with Telmex and a technician was out within 3 hours to fix it. Talk about responsive!!
The Icon is made up of 3 towers, a huge children’s and huge general pool. You'll find lounge chairs by the pool as well as canopy beds and sofas on which to luxuriate. The beach area has lounge chairs, a bar and café where the drinks are very reasonable . Additionally, there's a large fitness room if you don’t get enough exercise walking on the sandy beach and a business office available to all residents.
The only “negative” we found was that the nearby resorts would occasionally have loud shows at night, and when they had Karaoke there were times when we wished we could put the poor animal out of its misery!! However, the shows almost always ended by 10pm.
In sum, , a wonderful unit, well laid out, fully stocked with a gorgeous view and super responsive owner.

This is our first time staying in this gorgeous 2 bedroom unit with owner, Alan, and the unit is fantastic! It feels just like home with very modern and comfortable beds. Almost everyone had a TV and the 3 washrooms were great to have so no waiting is ever needed.
We were only two people so the condo was very comfortable. We like how the living room and kitchen have the ocean and pool view while the two bedrooms have the cruise terminal and mountain views.
The kitchen appliances were easy to operate and thE kitchEn is well equipped with cutlery and nice new dishes. There is even laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, as well as garbage bags provided. Every washroom had a bar of soap and new fluffy towels along with two bathrobes.
Every Bedroom had a balcony with comfy outdoor patio cushioned chairs and I like how Alan uses high
Quality furniture and Posturepedic mattresses.
The owner, Alan, was wonderful to deal with as he is very proactive and is on top of everything right away! We really enjoyed our stay and we like to return next Christmas if our Canadian dollar ever regains its strength!

Luxury with Sophistication and What a View!
This is our first time staying in this gorgeous 2 bedroom unit with owner, Alan, and the unit is fantastic! It feels just like home with very modern and comfortable beds. Almost everyone had a TV and the 3 washrooms were great to have so no waiting is ever needed.
We were only two people so the condo was very comfortable. We like how the living room and kitchen have the ocean and pool view while the two bedrooms have the cruise terminal and mountain views.
The kitchen appliances were easy to operate and thE kitchEn is well equipped with cutlery and nice new dishes. There is even laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, as well as garbage bags provided. Every washroom had a bar of soap and new fluffy towels along with two bathrobes.
Every Bedroom had a balcony with comfy outdoor patio cushioned chairs and I like how Alan uses high
Quality furniture and Posturepedic mattresses.

Wow! All we can say is just...wow! The ICON Vallarta is absolutely lovely. The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The condo and view took our breath away! It was exactly as described, in fact, the pictures don't do it justice! With three daughters and the humid climate, the washer and dryer came in handy for clothes.
Soriana is a large grocery store within walking distance to the condo and has everything you need, including specialty foods, wine and cheeses. They also have a huge selection of bathing suits and water toys in case you forget yours.
The owner Alan was extremely helpful and very responsive to my questions. His property manager Carla met us and gave us a rundown of everything in the property and was available to help us if/when we had a question.
I would recommend this property to anyone going to Puerto Vallarta. It is in a great location, 7 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from downtown. We are considering going back soon, but for 2 weeks next time!
