Great Lisbon apartment- good location and facilities

Teresa was a very responsive and hospitable host - very helpful with accomodating extra bed options when my daughter joined me last minute and leaving our luggage so we could enjoy more time exploring Lisbon before our flight. It was a great location with fabulous restaurants within 10-20 minutes walk. The shower was fabulous and the garden smelt lovely with all the Jasmine flowers. We would stay here again.

A good clean place to stay provided if all routine facilities are present.

The Cleanliness of the apartment

No washing machine for clothes it's a must in any apartment. Paper towels to be available in all kitchens, This is literally default No hand wash in the bathroom again a must. These were the few most important/ mandatory items.

Great location, just fix the electric system

The location is really great and the apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped. The patio is super nice and relaxing. You can wakeup to the birds singing :)

I stayed in the first floor in front of the lockers where other apartments pick their keys, and in the hallway that leads to the patio... so there was a bit of noise of people going in and and out of the building. Nothing too terrible, but definitely something to consider if you have a light sleep. The only thing that was really annoying was the problems with the electric system. It seems like there is a problem with the setup and the power goes out if too many appliances or the AC are turned at the same time. In my case, it happened without using any appliances or the AC... so probably something else is happening with that. I had to reboot the system myself 3/4 times in my 2 days there, so, not a great thing to be doing in your vacations!

good place to stay in Lisbon

Exceptional communication with the host. The apartment was very spacious and stylish. Easy self-check in allowed us to arrive late at night without any problems.

the garden unfortunately hasn’t been too much looked after. there is a beautiful orange tree, but there was rotten fruit everywhere on the grounds. the apartment could do with a little more practical things, like hangers or something to place your toiletries in the bathroom.

Not cheap (most expensive stay on our trip), but worth it, especially if you had our apartment.

We had the room that opened out to the backyard (which smelled delightful), which was absolutely wonderful and surprising for a big city. The room itself was a very nice and aesthetically pleasing apartment. We utilized the kitchenette, both oven and refrigerate. Picked oranges from the tree tin the back and made OJ. There was some problems with our credit card going through so we had some delays getting it but Theresa, the hostess, walked us through everything and things moved along. Also, Theresa was very accommodating regarding allowing us to leave our luggage after we had checked out. This allowed us to have a wonderful extra half day before heading to the airport.

The shower needs a door. Very hard to keep the water from seeping out of the shower. The bed was a bit small and wobbly, but very comfortable. I was surprised that we needed to use the A/C at night, but it worked well. Wish we knew how big the climb was from the train station. It was only a half a mile so we decided to walk (with luggage). Big mistake as the hill was very steep.

Pleasant

The flat looks modern, well arranged with keys and information.

There was a very foul smell coming from the bathroom. When you enter the flat again, it smells dirty. Teresa told us to keep the bathroom door open. But we had already done that. There is something wrong with the construction in the bathroom so it stinks and the humidity attracts cockroaches. There was a really super big cockroach in the bathroom that ruined our stay. Not recommended to my friends and family. I will never go here again. Teresa tells us that it is normal to have cockroaches. But we did not find this normal. And we have often booked elsewhere where this really did not occur.

The apartment is great! But greatest is Teresa, the host. She is attentive to any doubt, available always. You can find all the necessary things in the apartment for your stay.

Perfect for a short stay

It was perfect for a few nights! Very clean and quiet!

Windows were broken so didn't shut easily. The drains in the bathroom were slightly blocked. No lift

Disappointing

Great location only a short walk to the railway station and metro links Teresa our host was great and supplied new chairs. wine glasses and got a guy out to sort the pool.

We felt the apartment was poor quality and definitely not luxury as described. Two dinning chairs were broken. Bed sheets had a brown stain and blood spattering. Pillows were old and flat. Plates wouldn't fit in a very small dishwasher. Only one tea cloth was provided. Only 4 cups and no wine glasses. Settee had stains on it. Pool only had 12 inches of water in. No way to get in and out. Although there was a random chair was beside the pool.

Déçue Car l'appartement était sale et la piscine ne fonctionnait pas.

to be honest about our stay, the apartment did not meet our expectations and especially the price... Overall the apartment was dirty and not maintained and we are very disappointed. Here is the list of what we were able to note even if I repeat that the general state of the apartment was really dirty: -the bathroom sink drains very badly and leaves stagnant water - the state of the shower: on the floor and the mold show a lack of maintenance. - the kitchen sink is rickety and can drop at any time - two of the kitchen shoes are rickety and dangerous because they can break - the floor was sticky so dirty throughout the apartment - the swimming pool was not functional because the water was stale, - a nauseating odor in the apartment was present

Nightmare

Continuons noise from water drops in the bathroom, forcing us to sleep at a hotel the second night, to catch up with the nightmare (no sleep) during the first. The owner did not Care so much about the situation.

Love "Living" in Lisbon!

The place was decorated in a cool eclectic mix, in a very good Lisbon neighbourhood that felt like you were living in Lisbon vs. being a tourist. Great and timely advice and support from the host. And it boasted a sizeable back yard with a pool... an outdoor space is always a bonus. Thanks for the experience!

Lovely apartment but could be so much better with minimal expense.

Communication with the host was great and the location was perfect - nice to be away from the main tourist hotspots. Really clean on arrival.

All the taps were loose, no light in the shower area. A fantastic terrace but unfortunately no decent garden furniture on it. There was furniture in the shared garden but what's the point of paying more for a terrace if you can't sit on it comfortably? What furniture there was is all rusty. The shower area was very run-down and felt dirty even though it wasn't.

Cozy as the name of the accomodation

Good location, near a bus stop, and 5 mins from the famous tram 28. It has a shop right near the accomodations. The rooms were very nice and with everything you need. One of the rooms had a really nice terrace, which was perfect for us to relax and plan the next day later in the evening. Also the communication with the host was very good... she helped me every time I asked her for some things.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was not quite that clean, but everything else was just fine.

Great host and perfect studio

The host was really helpful. Because of COVID there was no face to face communication but only via whatsapp, but that was perfect. She helped us with all our questions, some extra services and we could also check out very late. Perfect.

Beautiful loft

Very modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The location is also good, about 40min walk from the city center. Our host, Tereza, was very helpful and always ready to help. The lady who cleans is lovely as well. We forgot our keys one day and she and her husband helped us out. We had the appartment on the first floor and it had an amazing terrace, all for ourselves.

We were with our baby, and it was not very ideal during nap time, as this is more a loft than an appartment (there are no walls dividing the rooms). Although lovely place, a bit too small for the 3 of us. I think it is perfect for a couple or of you are traveling alone.
