Nettes kleines Hotel, Frühstück inklusive Service sehr gut.
Gutes Hotel, netter Gastgeber, insgesamt gerne wieder.

The location of the hotel is pleasantly quiet.
A few minutes walk to restaurants and hiking trails.
The host very kind and helpful, speaks very good English
it felt like visiting friends and not a hotel.
Gave us good recommendations on how to spend the day.
Bed linen and towels are of high quality.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean and cozy. Host is nice
Check in was a bit complicated. You don't know in advance that you have to check in at another place

The room was massively big, charming, and everything was as described. The bath, the shower, and the comfy bed, that's all we needed after a long motorcycle ride day.
The host Bernhard was very helpful and did gave nice recommendations of places to visit: Eltz Castle, Cochem castle, boat trip in Beilstein...
The breakfast is healthy and contains everything for a good day.
I highly recommend this place, it's good value for money !
Small detail is that the bathroom sink (even that is an authentic blue stone one) of the King Studio was clogged. With this high standard property, it would be nice to have a functional sink.
Otherwise, all perfect !

We really liked the location, the room, the bathroom design, the fact that we got a great and amazing room with a sqare window and Velux windows in the bathroom. We also liked the hospitality and helpfulness of the host.
We did not like the fact that the double bed is composed out of two twin mattresses that are put together in one big sheet. And if you try to exced your limit and go to kiss your significant other goodnight you fall in a big hole between the mattresses. I really am against twin beds, and here we got one bed with twin mattresses.
And the breakfast portions could be bigger. We always had to ask for more bread, more cheese, etc. But once you ask for you receive.

Outstanding communication with host. Good parking facilities. Above average quality beds.
Finding the hotel and check-in was confusing as the check-in is at another hotel. We were not informed before arrival. Wifi was supposed to be available in the whole building but, was not available at our room. This fault was going to be corrected the coming winter, but that isn't helping us. The breakfast is not the ordinary buffét, but privately served food. As the people working in the kitchen was not speaking english, we were not able to make ourselves understood. Either the kitchen personnel should be able to speak english or the breakfast should be served at a buffét. We had an incident of one another hotel guest knocking on the door on the middle of the night due to fact that there are no room numbers marked on the doors.
