Hotellet städat, sängarna jättebra, wifi urussel, personalen hjälpsam o gjorde vad de kunde

bra o prisvärt förutom att svårt med kommunikation med personal och wifi n fungerade dåligt Frukosten kunde varit bättre, men var för kall Bra med shuttle buss till Canton mässan o buss till flygplatsen I det stor hela helt OK hotell Andra gången jag valde detta hotell, och kommer nog att bo där nästa gång oxå

Vid fråga om mat efter jag kom till boendet efter mässdagen och skulle beställa mat , så var det mesta slut fattade inte varför och gick till receptionen och frågade om det faktiskt var så, men med lite diskussion så ordnade de fram mat åt mig

Optimal option for long and transit stops, highly recommended.

Friendly staff who treated for free late dinner. The room was clean, there were all the necessary things inside for a comfortable stay.

Convenience stay for transit.

Supper was provided as v have checked in at 1AM. Thanks for it. Breakfast was ok for the price paid, Location is good as near airport. Thanks for the free shuttle bus service.

I have checked in twice during my recent trip to Guangzhou. I am a Malaysian Chinese which cannot speak fluent Mandarin. I have tried to converse with the receptionists but found they don't speak English. If possible, should improve on English language.

Отличный отель. Свежий, чистый с большими номерами. В номере все есть. Отличные кровати и чистейшее белое постельное белье. Трансфер встретили и отвез в аэропорт.

Завтраки на четверку, можно и лучшее.

A great stay and would stay again

Large rooms, staff friendly and spoke English as well. Helpful. Breakfast was good.

There is nothing around the hotel (restaurants etc), but not a bog problem.

на ресепшне администратор кашлял без конца.. рот не закрывал, приходилось отходить от него подальше.

Добавьте пожалуйста схему проезда до отеля для гостей, приезжающих на такси

Заселялся поздним вечером и таксист смог найти отель не с первого раза. Даже несмотря на то, что я показал ему адрес на китайском языке ... Если бы отель разместит схему проезда на booking.com, это намного бы ускорило поиск отеля, так как сам район пустынный и безлюдный, спросить про отель не у кого При заселение предложили мне поздний ужин совершенно бесплатно, ужин простой- но сытный :) Завтрак вполне себе достойный. Трансфер до аэропорта понятный и быстрый, 10 минут и вы в аэропорту. Можно смело рекомендовать для проживания в ночь перед отлетом!

В номере не было сейфа и холодильника.

We asked for a non smoking room but the room smelt awful.

Room facilities were good and more than adequate for our night stop.

We chose this hotel as it was close to our arrival terminal and offered shuttle bus service. The hotel is well presented with pleasant ambiance. The facilities were ideal for our night stop before setting off to London the following day.

I paid the agreed room rate on arrival but refused to leave a deposit, as we were just night stopping. This appeared to cause reception an issue which they discussed with management before proceeding with our check in. Our room then appeared to be changed and on arrival items were being removed. The mini bar was locked and the room also had an odour of cigarettes, which was disappointing as we had requested non smoking, but due to the few hours we would spend there, we decided not to request further change. We also find that hotels in China don't seem to have many Europeans at present which probably accounts for the very limited breakfast choice for non Chinese visitors.

Great staff, exceptional service and comfy room.

This hotel exceeded my expectation IN EVERY SINGLE ASPECT. Arrived at around 10pm with their free pick-up service, staff were so friendly during check-in and arranged a room away from elevator per my request. At the time hotel restaurant was already closed, but to my surprise they managed to serve late-light snack for guests arriving late! What's more, after I entered my room the staff delivered welcome fruit platter in person. Within the room there was a movie projector, comfy bed and a decent balcony where you can watch planes landing and taking off, and the soundproof with the balcony door and window closed was amazing as well. Early next morning the staff packed my breakfast and I made it on time with the onward flight again with free airport drop-off service. It is these little things that distinguish an average hotel from an exceptional one, and I must say, well done to you guys!

Convenient one-night stay to take my next flight

1. The staffs were very helpful in answering my inquiries about their airport shuttle service. The reservation team had great communication skills and great customer service. 2. The hotel room I stayed was fairly clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. All the appliances were available as advertised.

Not a huge issue but I received the call to confirm their shuttle service in the early morning, even though I did that already the night before.

Very well organised staff with sufficient English. Room was spacious and had a pleasant atmosphere.

Obviously favoured by smokers. Smell of smoke might put some off.

Spacious room, big bathroom. very comfortable mattress. Free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.

Although the receptionist was nice and helpful it was hard to communicate with her because of poor English. The vibes of the hotel were pretty cold and bit weird. I found the window open and the room was definitely cold. The AC system set up was very complicated to manage.
