The hosts, Hugh and Heidi, could not have been more hospitable. We had a beautiful breakfast in their lovely walled garden, they shared tips about the area, even taught us a bit about thoroughbred horses. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic place, a credit to the owners, they are brilliant and very welcoming.
This is definitely 💯 one place you must visit....

Room very nicely decorated and plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent night's sleep. Very quiet location. Breakfast served in room was very well presented, plentiful and delicious. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
Signage to enter Hill Farm could be clearer. Had to telephone host to gain entrance to property through large wooden gates. Wasn't clear as we approached Hill Farm by car, up a long drive way, whether we were in the correct place!
Bedside lamps didn't work.

The breakfast was exceptional, delicious and served with detail. The location was perfect just a short walk to the local village. Heidi and Hugh were friendly and very welcoming. Loved the friendly deer especially Coco always happy for some fuss.
Nothing, except the weather.

The location was beautiful and so peaceful. There were deer and horses in the grounds and also a tennis court.

The hosts were fantastic, the farm was beautiful and surrounded by lovely animals and it was very nice and quiet. We were well taken care - they gave us a little tour, drove us around town and offered to help us throughout our trip.
Everything was great!

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Our hosts and their lovely dog Lana, were so friendly we were made to feel like friends rather than guests. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast, bespoke to our needs.
I don’t think there was anything that would have made this visit any better.

warm welcome & very comfortable rooms with a beautiful setting in the countryside.
It would have been nice to have small fridge in room to keep drinks cold.

We had a lovely few days at Hill Farm. Hugh and Heidi are very kind hosts. We loved their breakfast. First of all it is delicious with perfect eggs to your liking with toast, and yoghurt with fruits and honey directly from their bee hives. And secondly it is not so over-abundant as you sometimes are given. We liked this a lot! 🙂
Deer in the meadows and, at the moment, three cute baby deer in the garden. Garden to sit in and/or have your breakfast in.
Cycling in the neighbourhood is great, Norfolk is beautiful.
Sandringham House, the lovely Christmas to February country retreat of the Queen is closeby with staff in every room to tell and show you all kinds of things.

Beautiful property, depicting what the true English Countryside, lifestyle, and experience is all about. Hugh and Heidi are exceptional hosts, humble and friendly. Breakfast was a real treat and something to look forward to each morning. Honey from their actual farm is out of this world and served each morning. I will definitely be staying again, and highly recommended this property. Beautiful outdoor space, with buildings, and gardens, which give you that true English Countryside feel.

Superb room, everything just right and great value in today’s overblown B&B market.
If you love being close to nature then come here, being so close to deer is amazing

High quality furnishings, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Good location and great nearby pub.
Nothing much really, the breakfast was very tasty but a bit more choice would have been nice.

The room was very clean, comfortable and stylish. We only stayed for one night, but it was lovely. The hosts were excellent; very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was so tasty! Simply a superb place.

The house and B&B are set in the most peaceful setting, set back far enough from the road to not be interrupted with traffic noise.
Right next to the car park, is an area of open ground who is home to a herd of deer. By mistake, we came in the wrong way late at night, but the deer were most inquisitive.
I managed to leave my suit jacket and shirt at home, but the hosts came to the rescue and lent me a shirt.
They even catered for our diet at breakfast, which was varied and delicious.
Thank you to Heidi and her husband for an amazing stay and being wonderful hosts.

It was amazing to wake up in the morning with a beautiful landscape and incredible neighbours (horses). This venue is a great choice for discovering suffolk and enjoying a quiet time.

Lovely location, beautiful setting.
Loved having breakfast perfectly served in the room.
Our hosts were very welcoming, and Heidi was extremely approachable and friendly.
Would have loved a mini fridge in the room to be able to store snacks.
Seats to sit out in the court yard would have been lovely, especially when the sun shines.

This place suited me perfectly. Thank you to great hosts Heidi & Hugh. Delicious breakfast brought to the room every morning. The room is a well done barn conversion with good heating, comfortable bed, secure parking in the farm yard. And lots of lovely and inquisitive farm animals around :-) I made the reservation at very short notice, but sure enough, Heidi was there to greet me and show me the room. Good base to explore North Norfolk. Can't fault this place.
For stays during summertime a small fridge in the room would be great.

Wonderful room, beautifully decorated with the comfiest beds. Fabulous breakfast, beautifully presented and bought to the room. The delicious Hill Farm honey was amazing. It was so lovely to see the deer wandering around in the grounds. Hill Farm is just stunning and Hugh was extremely friendly and welcoming. Such a wonderful place to stay.

It was a gorgeous room and area. The room exceeded our expectations and was unique and luxurious. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, and it was nice to have breakfast in our room.
The only thing that could have been better was that the room wasn’t quite as warm as I’d have liked however, it was the coldest night of the year so far and once snuggled in the bed, we were okay.

The owners welcomed us with warmth and kindness and a wonderful big pot of tea, the room was lovely and cosy. The bed and pillows were the best Iv ever slept on, we woke up to a view of deer and horses in the field. A delicious breakfast was brought to our room. Our stay was perfect.
