El alojamiento era bonito y limpio. El proceso de chek in muy fácil y el recepcionista muy amable. No utilizamos el servicio de desayuno, preferimos acercarnos al centro y a la playa. Pudimos aparcar en zona azul por la zona.

Nuestro baño no tenía mampara y el agua se salía un poco al ducharse pero como estuvimos sólo una noche no nos importó tanto.

Estancia Excelente

La habitación muy Limpia, que permitan mascotas es maravilloso y para mi es fundamental. La ubiación es excelente, mejor imposible, le falla el tema del aparcamiento, podían tener algún acuerdo con algún parking que hay cerca. El personal muy agradable y resolviendo los problemas del auto check-in con agilidad.

Valorando calidad-precio, siempre busco con las 3 B, bueno, bonito i barato (bien de precio), y el alojamiento es ideal. Simple para dormir, comodo, limpio, i aunque no esta en la zona de la playa ni en el centro se llega rapido porque Zarautz no es grande. Tambien esta cerca de la estacion de tren, con lo cual dejando el coche en uno de los parkings gratis nos movimos a todos lados de forma comoda.

Por poner una pega... Las ventanas o se tapan o no se tapan con ese sistema, no es que haya una cortina translucida con que se pueda dejar pasarun poco de luz viendo el exterior.

Good Room

Large clean and comfortable room. Large comfortable bed, good shower and fridge in room. Central location short walk to beach.

Only one small pillow. It was OK for sleeping, if you only use one pillow but not for sitting up in bed reading or watching TV. No bedside lights. Check in on machine not easy if its your first time. Staff member needed to help. They need to highlight that Payment is at machine on checkin. It's unususual with Booking..com.

Excellent value and place to stay

Very clean room. Good shower and firm bed. Loved that it had air conditioning that actually cooled the room. Having a vending machine in the hotel for refreshments was nice.

The automated check in is a pain. Took multiple tries before it worked. Other than that the place was great.

A bit overpriced

Felt the quality of the furnishings were a bit basic considering the price. One bedside light didn't work.

ALMOST SUFFOCATED IN ROOM, BROKEN AC NO VENTILATION

it appears clean and new

Suffocating room (room 4) the room was actually suffocating, there is one top hung window at the ceiling that opens marginally at less than 15degree, no air could enter the room. The AC was not blowing cold air, it was barely working and sending out warm air. could not sleep at all in this room, had to leave multiple times to avoid suffocating in my sleep. no one at reception after 5pm, called them and was told to just close the window and restart the AC, it did not help. called again and just went to voicemail. suffered through the night and cleaning staff in the morning agreed it was hot in our room but did not know what to do and could only apologise and promised to share it with the receptionist. was upset about the situation of the room, with no one to help solve the problem and at a price of 160EUR a night.

Very good

Desk staff / maid was nice and asked each day when I would leave to be able to clean. Rooms are larger than depicted with a very large bathroom (Room 2). No problem with kiosk check in. Fridge and coffee maker included. Quiet, comfortable stay in good location for the town.

I had a handicapped room, but I don't know if all rooms are the same. The shower did not have a door or curtain so the floor would get quite wet each time. A shelf in the sink area would help as there was no room to place a toiletry bag. Vending machine was low stocked; there is a breakfast area that was used at some point (some photos show this ). Perhaps that's an add on to consider.

Had a very restful stay, would 100% recommend and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Self-check-in at the machine, though a little time-consuming after a 12-hour drive was seamless and a great idea.

The building was spotless and smelled immaculate and the room exceeded our expectations. Fabulous bathroom and very welcome aircon!

No staff, self check-in. All clean and in good shape. Bed great and coffee maker in room too.

Very clean, new and stylish. A little expensive but then the town and region is expensive and so relatively the value was quite good compared to other hotels in town especially as facilities were good. Very clinical but efficient

Pleasant but anonymous

The room was quite spacious and very clean. The same goes for the bathroom, its standard was really high. Automatic check-in was easy to do, and the site is located away from the noise and at the same time very close to the center.

We are used to have a conversation with hotel staff to get some recommendations related to local restaurants and atractions. Automatic check-in greatly reduces contact with people here. You can't feel hospitality. We were given a room straight away when entering the hotel section and unfortunately we could hear every person entering or exiting through that door. The air conditioning in our room was making a disturbing noise (knocking)

very expensive for what it was. automatic check in quite hard when you are loaded down with baggage. Shutters did not work neither did one light. nowhere comfortable to sit.

OK for one night

What we liked: the shower, the coffee machine, the fridge. Convenient location - not too far from the beach and bars, and close to El Camino.

Call me old-fashioned but I do like to be greeted by a human being rather than a machine. The automated checkin system was clear when we booked, but I still didn't like it. We had questions about the town/ the hotel, but no one to ask. No proper window in the room, so it felt quite claustrophobic. One night was enough.

Clean, suited our needs for an overnight stay. And great Italian pizzas just up the road!

It’s a bit strange not being able to see out - milky translucent glass windows on ground floor, but it is a good idea. Overnight Car parking is adjacent.
