Enjoy the view of the Intercoastal waterway while at your dining room table. You will see a parade of leisure craft, dolphins and manatee. Fish at the sea wall. Cross the street by our Deeded Beach Access to the warm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets at our beautiful, soft sandy Indian Shores Beach. Quiet, studio condo on the second floor. Fully furnished with queen Murphy bed, full pull out sofa, full kitchen, DVD player,and cable. Kitchen has all utensils, appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes. All linens are provided. Bring your boat, dock outside your back door, launch for free at Park 3 blocks away. Bathroom newly renovated. New improved Wifi available in condo and a plethora of TV channels. (Sports fans - you are about 30 minutes away from an NHL arena, and also Major League Baseball field, 1.5 hrs approx from Disney, Orlando).

We had an amazing time. The place was clean. It has everything we needed. It was a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right across the street which was not as busy as some of the more popular beaches, the pool was huge and the bay was fantastic to watch dolphins swimming by in the morning. The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. We would certainly come back to stay here.

The stay was wonderful, was exactly what we were looking for. Many things to do locally so you wont run out of thing to do. Not to mention the Beach is right across the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you Christine

My daughter and I visited for the week. We had a great time. We were mostly out and about so it was perfect for our needs. Christine was also very quick to respond to my questions.

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.

Traveling with friends but needed my own place. This was just right, and affordable, for me. The use of the murphy bed really helped open the space during the day. Property has a really nice big pool.

Studio was exactly as described and as pictured, very cute end unit, 2nd floor, right on the intracoastal waterway and a walk across the street to the beach. Large pool which I never used since the beach was so close. There is air conditioning which I never turned on, I preferred the open windows and lovely cross breeze though being a light sleeper, I used ear plugs at night to block out intermittent traffic on Gulf Blvd. Murphy bed is light and easy to open/close. It was so lovely to have tea on the balcony in the early mornings, or at the table next to the side window overlooking the water. The birds were amazing and I saw a turtle in the water out back. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Host responded in a timely fashion when I had a question, which is an awesome thing to me! Let us use her beach umbrella! Great, clean, little place for just my daughter and I!

Great view of dolphins, manatees, birds and an osprey nest.
When we arrived I was dismayed by the poor job of cleaning done since the last renter. My girlfriend spent half of the first day we were there cleaning. After that it was fantastic. Small unit with a Murphy bed.
Access to the intercoastal behind us and across the street through the bird sanctuary was the ocean.
My only complaint would be the state of the unit when we got there.

Spent five days at this condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the Dolphins and stingray out in the morning. Loved sitting on the chairs at night listen to water. The condo was clean and in a safe area. Lots to do around the condo. Host was great at answer my question. Can't wait to come back. Already looking at rebooking this coming winter

We enjoyed our stay and the area was nice and safe. It was fun watching all the boats going down the intercostal.
However we weren’t impressed with cleanliness in the cupboards and especially the bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the shower curtain was filthy, I can’t believe the hosts didn’t replace it before we arrived. I have a picture of the shower curtain, but there’s no place to post a picture here.

Overall condo was just as advertised. To bad we happened to pick the coldest Christmas in years to visit. Small oil heater did little to warm the condo. Really no ones fault, who would have thought it would be as cold as it was? Had a great stay.

The condo had a very nice view to the channel, where we saw dolphins and many birds. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The beach nearby is just perfect for long walks, shelling, sun sets.
The people in the building are very kind and helpful.
Many units are under construction, renovation. That would be a good idea also for this unit. The murphy bed will be replaced very soon already as we heard. Then it is perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back soon.

This is the fourth time that we've stayed at Belleview an each time the stay is more pleasant than ever. The other guest are extremely nice and they remember us every year. We will be back soon.

The condo is small, but with its location, you're not going to want to hang out inside anyways. I had a hard time finding the beach access, but it was great once I figured it out. The Suncoast beach trolley has a stop directly in front of the building ($2.25 per trip or $5 for a day pass) which is super handy to get to both John's Pass and Pier 60. I saw dolphins in the water behind the building a few times. I found the extra blankets to be older and itchy, but everything else was nice.

Wonderful condo
Some might be put off by the "dated" decor, but my daughter and I found it to be just right and you simply can't beat the price! It is homey, just across from the beach access, and the neighbors who live in the condominiums are so nice! We had an issue with the shower, but it was fixed right away. I saw manatees and dolphins from our balcony. A five-star from me!

Sweet Spot
Unit was perfect for me. It was close to where I needed to be and provided all I needed. Being an end unit, the big windows provided refreshing breezes and a wonderful view overlooking the intracoastal waterway. It was a quick trip to the beach and everything I needed it was provided.

Love this scenic condo
Condo was the perfect size and very clean. Location is great as we watched dolphins and manatee every morning with our coffee. Beach is right across the street and the location between St Pete Beach and Clearwater was perfect. Don’t let the Murphy bed description fool you, my 6 month pregnant girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this bed was. We had all the necessities we needed upon arrival and didn’t need to make any quick runs to the store. I highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a quiet place with scenic views and a cute clean home away from home. Christine’s hospitality and honest communication was a bonus! We would definitely stay again!

Overall, the property is OK. It's an older building with even older furnishings and supplies. Murphy bed is a great space saver and view of the intercoastal waterway was nice. Great people at the property too- friendly and kind.

The perfect spot!
Everything was great, from the ease of booking to the weather. The unit had everything that you would need and was super clean. Don’t let the idea of a Murphy bed concern you; it was easy and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the complex.

Stay was good. Across from Indian Shores Beach. Lovely Bird Sanctuary to walk through to get to beach. Should be used to staying in a Murphy Bed. Convenient and Cozy.

Wonderful studio directly across from the street
Wonderful studio directly across from the beach - your toes are in the gulf in three minutes flat. The small cozy place has everything you need - and the community pool is HUGE!! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location and value
This location was clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best things was the canal that we were able to see dolphins daily and a group of manatees. Neighbors were friendly. Although we didn't utilize the pool it was massive and well maintained. Location is a middle point to some great beaches like clearwater beach and Madeira Beach.

Great short stay on the ICW
This is an old-school small efficiency with a fantastic location on the ICW so you can watch dolphins (daily) & all the boats going by. Property is old, but clean, and the updated shower was nice. Plenty of hot water, but you may wait 5-10min for it to reach the unit. Kitchen had everything needed. Murphy bed was fine for a few nights. Two chairs can be set outside on common balcony to enjoy the ICW. Only suggestion is to replace blinds & curtains with some that work better. Thanks!

Yes, the condo is a bit dated, not on the beach, and problems with hot water at times. BUT... to be able to be a 3 minute walk from the beach for that price. You won't find a better bargain. The place was clean and exactly as described. Good communication from the owner. Murphy bed was comfortable, just dont expect to be able to watch TV in bed. It's in an odd location. But that's nit picky. we didn't come to indian shores to watch TV.

Great for a girls getaway!
My friend and I have stayed in the area before, but this was our first time at Belleview. We loved that we were just across the street from the beach and loved the large pool. We had no problems checking in or out. The condo was clean and the size was perfect for two. Would definitely stay here again!
