Really well kept period property. Extremely friendly staff. The food was excellent. They have everything from large doubles to small singles and the rooms and bathrooms are all perfectly adequate.
No lifts and the four wings are separate. We were a group and had three rooms, each in a separate part so you have to come down to go to another, but it’s really no bind. Obvs not suitable for disabled travellers but for a family group it was absolutely perfect.

It was comfortable and exactly what I was expecting. There was a good selection of tea and coffee available which was nice.
The restaurant was friendly and the food delicious.
Everything was good- from a personal point of view, I would like to be able to help myself to coffee at breakfast rather than having to ask for it.

Everything was excellent
Nothing really, but if I'm nitpicking, the air freshener was a bit strong for me, since I'm very sensitive to smells.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious,
Fantastic breakfast. Reception very helpful showed us to our rooms, and greeted us in a friendly manner.
Drinks quite expensive at bar. Maybe cheaper doubles offer would be advantageous. Bar staff friendly and helpful.

Comfy bed and quality bedding
No parking outside hotel on a Tuesday night due to market on wed morning.
Room 7 smells mouldy no fan in bathroom
Woken early due to market assembling right outside window
Couldn’t get a answer from staff as we came down to reception to say we required breakfast earlier than planned due to being woken up by noise so left without .

Comfortable room with everything we needed
We had a double room but only one bottle of sparkling and one bottle of still water plus only one packet of biscuits for the two of us. My sister had a single room and had the same. It should have been per person and not per room.

Co-op lorry unloading at 7.30am on a Sunday morning!!
Poor quality of painting in bathroom - decorator splashed everywhere and not wiped off!!

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was lovely, bed was comfy and we could control the temperature of the room. We loved the bar area and being able to chill out with a drink before heading to bed. The bar staff were particularly lovely! There were some great little cafes nearby, too.
The cleaner came quite early so we asked her to come back later, but unfortunately she didn't. Otherwise, everything else was brilliant.

The location was very quiet and relaxing and the bar was and restaurant very nice.
The radiator in the room didn’t work so it was very cold, the shower flooded the bathroom and there wasn’t any soap in the bathroom.

Excellent location for reaching all our locations. we wanted to visit. The staff made you feel very welcome.. they were very courteous . nothing was too much for them to make our stay most pleasurable
Just a few gripes. The mirror in the bathroom is not over sink and shower control is very stiff

Stayed at the Bull as my daughter was getting married locally. Everyone went beyond to make us welcome. We were delighted. Can’t wait for photos taken in the yellow room before the wedding. Thank you

the pub it self was nice and breakfast was lovely. decor was also nice.
I felt it was totally over priced for the room we got. I booked a deluxe king room and for how much I payed, you’d expect a nice big room with a nice large bathroom/shower room.
the room was small and the shower room was tiny no bigger then a small shower room in a small house. but then seeing some of the other rooms, some of which were double rooms so. healer… they were double the size of our room. so I felt we paid far too much for what we got. and they told us that we paid so much for because of the size of the bed which was totally outrageous.
The room we had also had broken windows so it was so noisy outside that we didn’t sleep too well due to the noise.

Lovely old building to stay in, with original building materials exposed and preserved. Interesting original partition wall between bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Central location in Fairford, with footpaths nearby.
Not used to only shutter blinds - prefer warmth of curtains - just personal preference,
but they did the job of providing privacy etc.

Lovely decor, very quiet rooms, comfy bed. The staff were all really friendly and very tasty breakfast. The pub area was very cosy and lovely for nightcap.
The bathroom paint could do with a bit of a spruce up
