Yanis et son épouse sont très accueillants et agréables. Le petit dej est servi en chambre entre 9h à 10h , très varié, change tous les jours. possibilité de l'avoir avant si vous allez visiter tôt. Parking tout proche et plage au bout de la rue. Très propre, frigo disponible dans la chambre, bouteille d'eau mises à disposition. Dans le centre de Perissa possibilité d'aller aux restaurants à pieds, très agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix au vu des tarifs exorbitants de l'île !

Très mal indiqué, pas de nom de rue, arrivée de nuit difficile à trouver. adresse de booking incomplète: PERISSA.... mais il y a des dizaines d'hôtels !! Nous avions une chambre quadruple, Pas de barrière pour le lit superposé, attention à vos enfants, peut être dangereux.

Good option for staying near Perissa Beach

Excellent location, just a couple minutes walking to the beach or the main road, including the bus stops. Friendly staff that were helpful and chatted with us each day. The breakfast was good and it was served when we asked so that we could get going and start our day.

Almost everything was great, but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

A comfortable stay in Santorini Island

My recent stay at Fortuna Perissa Hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped foot onto the property until the time I reluctantly checked out, the hotel provided a truly memorable experience. Nestled in the charming village of Perissa, it effortlessly combines comfort and exceptional service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, instantly making me feel at home. The owners at Fortuna Perissa are undoubtedly its greatest asset. Their genuine hospitality and attentiveness throughout my stay made me feel like a valued guest. The property accommodations exceeded my expectations. My room was super clean, spacious, and meticulously maintained. The comfortable bed and plush linens ensured a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Ok for couples for a short break.

The room was clean and presentable with a fridge and good air con. Location was very good in relation to the beach and local bars- restaurant's.

Bathroom was tiny with showering quite a chore. Breakfast provided was basic but the fresh coffee was good. The main problem was the constant noisy cars driving around late at night blasting music out !

For winter season, it may be a bit far from the main areas. Also, the connectivity of public transport is not great during off season. Ofcourse, this is not applicable for the ones who rent a car

Fair place at a fair price

Staff was friendly. Very close to the beach and the Aqua restaurant which has tasty food and fair prices.

The water was salty. Imagine washing your teeth and face with salty water. At night we could hear water noises from the neighbour's pool. The breakfast should be optional because it is very low quality...it reminded me of communist hotels. Margarine with jam and coffee :)

Don't rely on "breakfast"

Close to the beach, good internet. After a nightmare flight they were very accommodating us arriving close to 11pm

Breakfast is a joke, and comes when they want I asked for 10am, first day was 9.45, next 2 was 9.30am not when you ask. Weak coffee. Butter, jam and these packaged toast things that are like rocks. 2 days came with a piece of fruit. 1 day came with yogurt but no fruit! When they have a nice bakery 50m away that they recommend at least they could offer fresh bread. Or a croissant. Offered a ride to the port and from the airport which I thought was nice. Until he said €35 each way! It's only 5km! Tiny balcony and even worse shower. They just want to ring out tourists on Santorini. Avoid.

Superb

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach and 2 minutes away from the bus stop. The owner is kind and helpful. The room is cleaned every day, which is great. Towels are changed, as well. Breakfast is ok, it`s good value for money.

Good hospitality. It's more like a homestay than a hotel. Very accommodating. Very close to Perissa beach. Fantastic views.

amazing service

The owner Mr. Giannis is very friendly and very professional host. Towels were changed every day, breakfast came every morning in your room. The Location is great, next to the beach and many stores. This is what I call Greek Hospitality, highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice and cosy, but the hosts were the best!!! They were so welcoming and warm, always there for any questions, help or a chit-chat! Kudos to that cute old couple (they have a cute dog also!) ❤️

Location is great, staff was very friendly, the only thing to improve is bathroom cleanliness. :)

The staff was very kind and lovely! They welcomed us early in the morning (before official check-in) and let us stay a bit more until we get off to our flight. They also met our needs when they made an earlier breakfast in order for us to be able to eat before our excursion. Very collaborative and easy-going.

The only thing that could have been a bit better was bathroom cleanliness. Also, the bathroom is a bit small.

We booked two rooms for six people, one room was slightly outdated (but fully functional). The outdated room lacked some of the appliances the more modern room had (kettle).

extremely comfortable boutique hotel with great staff and location but you will need car

we were moved to White curves in akrotiri as there was a covid related problem at Fortuna.The property was brand new and about a week from opening officially.The building had been completely renovated and was beautiful.

minor finishing issues really no problem for Mariana to sort.bit of a climb up from the parking but then had great views of the surrounding area!.The breakfast was a bit restricted as no kitchen so brought in every day and no hot option

Would stay again

Nice balcony, great location, amazing hosts were very helpful and provided us with anything we needed. They also let us stay longer after check out so we didnt have to walk around with suitcases. breakfast was good, standard, and the rooms were soundproof - we couldnt hear anyone. everything you need is a 2/3 min walk.

We felt at home for the days we stayed in this property. Great service, Very kind host. Comfortable and well-kept rooms. Perissa Beach, shops, restaurants, bus stops are all within walking distance from the property. The breakfast was rich, and it was served in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The stay at The Greek Islands was just amazing! Hosts were so carring and make my stay as confortable as possible. Reaponse on every request was immediate, I found every now and then fresh fruits in my room, beach towel and even hat not to burn on a beach! So toughtful! Room was cleaned every day, towels and sheet also changed daily. It was so nice, that I am amazed. If I think more, I never had such a lovely hosts in my life, and I travel a lot! They organized everything I needed for me, and at the end of the stay I got lovely gift to remind me on great time spend in Santorini! Thank you for that! It will have special place in my heart! Location of hotel is great - 1 minute from beautiful Perrisa beach and all the reatauranta and taverns, and 3 minutes to mini market and bus station! Also you can rent a car there nearby or whatever you want. My room was very preety, Santorini style 💕 and lovely balcony with beautiful flowers all around :) I would like to thank to my host for everything, they made my Santorini experience so nice and confortable, which is great ads on to amazing experinece I had on the island :) THANK YOU, and I hope we see again! Very nice and cute rooms with a beautiful balcony (ROOM 106)

Nice and beautiful room. Internet was working fine. Nice small balcony with a street view and full of different colours of flowers and trees that are growing up on the outside of the building. The hosts are very friendly. Near to the beach!

The room was a bit small. But in overall we had a great time and there is nothing we can say that annoyed us or we would suggest to change
