The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and lies in a little oasis inside the old city of Beer Sheva. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the property but wish we had more time to spend there and plan to return when we are next in town.

We choose the hotel for the close location to the wedding venue.
We could not access the hotel after the wedding. They were supposed to send us the entrance code, they didn't.
We called the number that was written on the confirmation email and after responding to all the questions, someone said that he cannot help us....
Back door was not locked, so we accessed the room.

Breakfast was not available as we arrived the day before Passover. The hotel staff all left as soon as we arrived only giving us basic information as to how to enter the property.
The website photos showed a lovely pool. THE POOL DID NOT EXIST. SPA SERVICES DID NOT EXIST. We booked this hotel based on website photos and reviews. The pool was a hole in the ground filled with old tile, construction debris, equipment, new tile and just a huge mess. There was another hole, maybe the second pool? Before the hotel staff left I inquired about the pool and was told “No pool until May”. Should have that been mentioned on the website? I would not have booked .
My room had no hot water!! I could not shower. If there was a switch to turn on the hot water there was no staff to tell me where to find it.

Hotel is modern, with so many details that make the stay comfortable and special. They upgraded our room to a junior apartment with private pool and I was delighted with the accommodation. The apartment has its own courtyard, which is surrounded by a high wall, and in the courtyard there is a private small pool surrounded by palms, garden furniture for sitting and deck chairs. The pool was heated and illuminated at night with color-changing lights. The room had a huge glass panoramic window, so it was the perfect setting for a view of the pool from the bed. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. There was also a couch in the room, a bathrobe, towels, a care set, a water heater, and free bottles of water were available. The air conditioner for heating the room (in February) worked well and warmed the room nicely. To enter the accommodation, I received a code for the front door and a safe in which the room key was kept. Self-check-in went smoothly. When we were leaving, we were served by a very friendly and hospitable receptionist. The hotel also has a small tea room with free coffee and tea. The boutique hotel is designed in such a way that it has an inner courtyard from where the doors lead to the rooms and apartments. The hotel is located in the center of the old part of Beer Sheva, the surroundings are pleasant, there were a few shops, cafes, and a park is nearby. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and one of best ever.
Just advice - TV could be placed more stably, or more on the edge of the room, so that there is no fear of accidentally hitting it. The inside door to the room is sometimes little harder to lock and you need to push a little.

Free water, tea & coffee, nice location in the old town. Nice patio and charming old ottoman style building renovated.
Wifi connection was really bumpy… Most of the time not working. 🙁
There were no hangers for clothes, practical details missing in the room that could be easily fixed. Also during our stay there were construction works at the back starting quite early in the morning…

Nice room - no wardrobes or hanging space
No atmosphere - nobody around

The staff was not very interested. Asking about coffee you are told in the kitchen, nobody shows you the kitchen. Biggest problem was, that the room was very cold. The lady at the reception had all the time the heater on, but the doors open on both sides of the room. What about the climate change? Window frames not build in properly, large gaps, for draught and noise.

very nice location in heart of old city, sorrounded by cafes and restaurants. Good place to explore various Negev highlights. Nicely restaured old building with patios and stylish rooms.
Spa (name) not existing. Very Limited availability of staff, no staff on holidays. Shared kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms not really clean. When we arrived on a holiday eve, first impression in the patio was Pool not cleaned, full ashtrays (smell) and waste bins , towels all over the place. No reception present, only phone number for urgent matters.

Good location and nice staff
The bed is broken and I woke up with a terrible backacke. There is no fresh air in the room. The walls are dump because the windows of the bathrooms are locked. They put air freshners that make it worse because the smell is strong. The room is not clean: there is old and accumulated dust in the corners and on ellevated shelves.

air conditioning faulty, no one from the hotel staff to help, check in took more than one hour and a half, bed was terrible and room wasn't properly clean.

Pretty entrance, comfortable bed, very good shower.
Staff wasn't very friendly, walls very thin which means you hear other guests sitting in the outside area, no proper coffee provided with the 75nis breakfast.

Great location and the staff were very hospitable and warm, the bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.
The building has great potential but it somewhat untapped, the pool is very small and located right in the doorway of some of the rooms, some rooms need to be renovated and the outdoor seating, at the back yard at least, needs new padding.
But all of those are vary minute details that didn't bother us that much in our vacation.
