a bit outside the town .but nice neighborhood with nice view. nice old building with good restaurant.nice staff.very good breakfast, try the famous ham.
the hotel is potentially a great place but the direction concentrate only on the restaurant. the hotel part it s almost left to itself.
reception open just a few hours.

Good location with a car, lovely views from the restaurant. clean and comfortable.
Didn’t have a kettle in the room, it wasn’t advertised to have one but it’s always nice to be able to make a cup of tea 😀

The room is comfortable, but could use renovation. In a quiet place, in a beautiful environment. There is a large parking lot in front. A big bus can also fit in. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Good value for money.

the spacious garden and the view on san daniele old town in the morning. also being in walking-distance to the city-centre is a big plus. great to have the option to eat dinner in-house at the grill
the reception was not always staffed and the communication between the grill and the hotel didn't seem to run smoothly (we wanted to reserve a table, the hotel staff said they're full, the grill staff gave us a place)

Rooms were a bit to warm, couldn't find a setting to completely disable the heating.

This is our hotel of choice when we visit this region. We have been here once or twice per year for several years, and have always been satisfied.
Wifi strength could be improved

The parking was very convenient being on site, as well as having a restaurant. breakfast was fast and good which I appreciated.
The shower was so small you better not drop your soap; you won’t be able to pick it up. Also, The restaurant was good but a bit pricey.

location was perfect for what I had to do.
No refrigerator in the room, due to covid - staying 45 days was a long time to be without a refrigerator

Parking lot available, helpful staff, desk in the room
Unreliable wifi, dirty walls in the room

location is good and room was clean but small for a European hotel.
Ludicrously, the hotel is now NOT being managed. There were no hotel staff there when I checked in and I had to go to the bar/restaurant next door and speak to staff that new very little about the hotel. The Wi-fi reception was not working in my room and they coudnt do anything about it the night i arrived. How can any hotel run efficiently if there are no hotel staff to deal with matters?
