Het hotel ligt op een hele fijne plek. Je bent lopend met tien minuten in de haven en op het strand.
Beneden de bar is niet erg gezellig aangekleed

The property was a great location pool area was nice the house keeping staff were very friendly
Ok, where do I start with this one!! After taking a late evening flight and not arriving to our hotel until the early morning to be greeted by the reception with hostility and attitude.. he was not one bit friendly in fact very unpleasant.. the hotel also have you rent your towels for the pool for 10 euro each and to be charged 1.40 per towel per day for cleaning?? Also they do not have washcloth’s nor irons per room which I feel is a necessity. There were only a few irons to accommodate the whole hotel.. Ok, now to the taxi debacle when ordering a taxi from the hotel you have to wait forever to get one and only to find out later that the hotels control that because they get a commission on it. The local taxi driver told us to go online and order the taxi directly which was good to know… the air conditioning in our room didn’t seem to be up to power maybe because it was a larger room I felt like they controlled it at night. Overall not a bad place but just need some tweaks.. it wast a new hotel either but still very nice

This hotel is in a good location. Port de Soller is an upmarket resort and this hotel is good value to stay at. All the staff were nice, the swimming pool and reception/ bar area are all very nice. Rooms are a good size. Lots of food on offer for breakfast

The lobby and pool area were very modern and I loved the decor. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and had a nice sized balcony. Pool area was lovely and always had available sun loungers. I also thought the pool bar was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was great and they’re were so many options. Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back!
I thought everything was great

Clean, friendly staff, nice pool area
The beds were horrible. Tiny and hard.

Common areas are very nicely decorated and brand new
Pool area is nice
Breakfast was a very good selection was very impressed with it
Staff are generally very friendly and happy to help
There is a hill leading up to the property to be aware of
The air conditioning was shocking. We were sweating in our room most of the time. It’s more of a ventilation system than actual aircon

The new gym room

Good location, modern hall/lobby area, some dinner dishes were delicious, small but good pool,
It's very old, it looks like the rooms were not renovated for 30-40 years,
The bathroom equipment was really rotten,
It totally stinks around pool area, probably from the savage system,
For breakfast the watermelon was served, some of them were really spoiled.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent, food buffet style very good, staff friendly, rooms and public areas clean. Felt more like a 4 star hotel than the 3 stars it has.
Room 506 has noisy extraction unit on outside wall which vibrates and so sleep after its 6am start up was difficult.

Very comfortable friendly atmosphere. Staff excellent.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool and gym facilities were excellent
The rooms are dissapointing. They do not match the quality of the communal areas and facilities. Bed was small and uncomfortable.

Great views of the mountains from both our balcony and the pool area. Quiet, relaxing pool area with easy access to the bar for refreshments.
The coffee at breakfast was pretty awful, and the "double bed" was two singles pushed together, which gradually drifted apart.

The location is perfect if you want a relaxing stay, the port is A 2 min walk away with a selection of shops and restaurants. The breakfast choice is amazing for a 3* hotel, plenty of choice. The decor in the hotel is beautiful, more suited to a 4*. The bedrooms are a very good size with plenty of mirrors! Lovely pool with stunning views. Overall I'd say it's good value for money if you get this hotel at a reasonable price.
The outdated bedroom didn't bother me, however there were stains on the curtains, the bathroom door was badly chipped and the shower had black mould around the floor edges. This definitely needs addressing and cleaning properly. Also the bedroom walls are very thin, so don't expect to get a good night's sleep.
Port soller is a quiet area so its generally hard to get a taxi anywhere. It is VERY difficult to get a taxi at this hotel. We checked out on a sunday and waited 2 hours for a taxi to arrive and take us up the hill, 8 mins to the jumeirah hotel. We would have walked, if we hadn't had large suitcases. The guy on reception was not very helpful and just advised that it's very quiet on a sunday. I insisted he kept calling as we were getting late (we had a wedding to attend) then eventually he took the matter more seriously and kept calling until a taxi arrived. There were many others waiting around in reception too. However there are plenty of taxis at the airport so its easy to get to the hotel, just very difficult leaving!
Also the port restaurants close at 12am so if you are on a evening flight, make sure you eat before you arrive at the hotel. Unfortunately we made this mistake and had to starve until breakfast as the hotel couldn't offer anything.

The staff in the eating area was very polite, efficient, and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The environment in the hotel is calm and quiet. The view from the swimming pool area is great. The hotel is very close from the beach, and the port.
There are areas that could benefit from ongoing everyday maintenance. For example, the door of the bathroom needed another coat of paint.

The breakfast was very good. The pool area was very relaxing with variety of sitting spaces. The view of the mountains was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome and relaxed.

very little , one kind lady on housekeeping
Being charged for a pool towel & the safe when it costs €7 euros to withdraw €10 euros from an ATM 10 min walk away, terrible food, not enough front of house staff, poor room décor, bad location , bad attitude, having to argue over a request for lime in a drink . A really disappointing stay

The rooftop bar was nice & the gentleman on reception as we checked out & the bar staff around the pool were friendly.
Pretty much everything. We were visiting for a friends wedding & we got ‘upgraded’ to hotel Eden. Whoever gave this hotel 4 stars is mad. The female Reception staff were rude, didn’t look at us whilst serving and acted like we were annoying them by being there. There was a big hole in the wall in the hallway, the room was dirty & the AC practically non existent. Not enough sunbeds around the pool & when asked for an ironing board we got presented with a half board with burn stains on it. Shocking would never go again.

Modern ground floor with nice pool and bar.
Poor food. Very processed. Didn’t eat once during half board. Paying for towels. Rooms are spacious but tired and need revamp.
