El ambiente

Deberían cambiar la alfombra, pero todo lo demás estuvo genial. Nos recibieron con una botella de Champán y unas galletas de la zona, muy atentos todos

Hotel súper céntrico con toque típico de zona Sky chulo, con pk, almuerzo bien, personal muy atento y súper agradable

Por cosas de la vida nos toco una habitación bastante ruidosa, la 129, creo que es porque la cocina pilla Justo debajo y el ruido hasta tarde y pronto por la mañana era bastante molesto, no nos quejamos porque solo fuimos 1 noche.

Sehr viel Hotel/Essen für kleines Geld in Andorra

Wir waren überrascht von dem großen Zimmer/Bad und einem riesigen Balkon. Für die Motorräder gab es eine Garage. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und preisgünstig, ebenso das opulente Frühstück. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, daher können wir die genaue Lage nicht beurteilen, aber wir sahen in der Umgebung sehr viele Lokale.

Perfectly comfortable but room for improvement

The hotel has a lovely pool and the bar has a nice feel in the evenings. It is a good location for catching the bus into the city. The hotel is immaculate and very clean. Super impressed with how clean everything was.

More information was needed at check in. We were not told anything about breakfast, dinner or the spa. The hotel is on a busy road so if you have a room over looking the road, it can be noisy and fumes from the road. Rooms need modernising and air conditioning as very hot when we visited in August.

Very little, we had been advised we had a garden and pool view, it was a street view and very noisy, they told me at reception that was what was booked but Bookings.com sent a lovely picture of a garden view. The minibar held 4 small bottles of water only.

The carpets and curtains are all very old and shoddy, carpet dirty and curtains had holes in them

Lovely staff, comfortable room and bed. Mostly lovely meals here. Always enjoyed breakfast. I like vegetables and we didn't get many with our meals.

Meal times were late for us. From 8 - 10. Too eat a big piece of meat at this time, was just too late. We lay awake at night feeling full. The rooms were quite warm, dining area quite cold, but our biggest issue was not being able to sleep.

Everything. The staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The room very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast very good. Free car parking, which is not usual in Andorra. The location is excellent: few feet away from the lifts to the slopes, few feet away from restaurants and minimarkets, few feet away from the bus stop to Andorra la Vella.

Big balcony and good views.

Got Scammed! - They told us in reception that using the phone in the room was better than using our foreign phone to call within Andorra... Charged us 60€ for a 15 min. call when with our phone would have not been even 10€. We asked them by email to provide proof of the cost of the call, they never got back to us... very unpolite.
