Stunning location in Porto Azzuro. Our room had expansive views of the ocean and the gorgeous town. The staff were incredible - helpful and very professional. The service in the restaurant was top notch and the food was fantastic. .
Our room was mid priced and had a wonderful large balcony where we could sit and watch the boats come and go.
All in all we had a wonderful stay.
The walk into town, although short at two or three minutes, was on a busy road. Otherwise, nothing, I'd recommend this wonderful hotel to friends and family in a heartbeat.

excellent restaurant. nice spa. lovely view
Access on foot to town difficult
Road could be a bit noisy.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Our room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea. The dining area upstairs has the most amazing views and is beautifully presented.
We liked everything

noises from the road and the doors inside the hotel that prevented me from sleeping well

Room facing the bay was amazing, such an amazing place to rest.
On check out which was at 5.45am as I had a ferry to catch the guy on reception had no idea if I had anything to pay and would not let me leave until he could find out which involved him phoning someone else at that time, a but disapointing realy as I kept saying if there is anything else to pay just call me or take a copy of my credit card as I had to leave for the ferry.

The very friendly and helpful staff will make you feel welcome.

Excellent breakfast with a phantastic view from the restaurant/ terrace. The rooms are small but cosy and homelike (we had a room with a phantastic view to the harbor and a balcony). Very friendly personnel at the reception and in the restaurant.
The SPA area is very small consisting of one jacuzzi, a two persons "sitting" sauna, a small turkish bath/ hamam and a small swimming pool - only 4 persons can use it after a registration at the reception

Location overlooking Porto Azzurro was fantastic, parking service much appreciated. Very beautiful setting for breakfast everyday, which was served by very staff and ample. Appreciated the fast laundry service and very well kept and spacious rooms, which had the best air-conditioning!
The 200 meter walk up the the main hotel and restaurant along a main, narrow and bendy road was dangerous in our opinion. (We were staying at the annex apartments so we did this walk everyday and it is the only main route to reach the town from the hotel by foot.) We suggest that the road be made safer by having speed bumps/lower speed limit/signs to warn drivers and a painted side walk along the road for pedestrians. Pool was a little small so seemed to go unused.

Loved the location & the views were fantastic. Very fortunate to be upgraded & have a beautiful balcony.
Food at dinner was excellent, fantastic variety & great quality.
Pool area was nice, pool had spa features & nice loungers.
Staff were generally very friendly &helpful especially Gianluca who was brilliant & very experienced.
Most of the reception staff were also helpful.
Pool was smaller than i thought.
Didn’t realise there were spa facilities in the hotel until we checked out & would have used them; a more detailed guide of all the facilities & offering would be very helpful.
Some of the younger staff need more customer service skills.

I travel extensively for work and frequently for pleasure. This was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever had due to having 2 bathrooms, a magnificent view and large outdoor deck with hot tub and lounge chairs. Upgrade is definitely worth it. Value was amazing. Also great location close to town. Can’t wait to come back.
When eating breakfast in restaurant terrace, seagulls are a bit of a nuisance.

Great location on Elba close to Porto Azzurro and beaches of Capoliveri and Lacona. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond.
Some outdated facilities and missing a few finishing touches in bathroom. Air con in room not great and breakfast selection could be improved.

The hotel is very beautiful and with excellent location. the view is simply great.
The reception service was outstanding.
we highly recommend it!
We have nothing to say. Just recommend it!
3.5
The location and views. Nice modern decor.
Didn’t agree with charging 20 euro per person for one hour use of the tiny spa. The outside swimming pool wasn’t heated so couldn’t be used and the reception staff were business like but not particularly helpful.

the service at breakfast and dinner is amazing
the room door barely closes and you can hear your neighbors snoring and every person moving up and down the hallway. value for money is good though.

Breakfast was a lot more than we expected based on previous stays in other areas of Italy (and France, for that matter). The buffet was ample and there were options for more, i.e., made to order items. Could not ask for anything more.
The view was breathtaking.
A tiny shower.
