Superb

Very good location - beach 1 minute walk, center 15 minute walk. Friendly and helpful staf. nice swimming pool. large and clean rooms. lucky if you have the view to sea :)

maybe it would be grate to get some toilet paper when you are staying more then one week and there was no rubbish bags and sponge for dishes. You don't to buy goods like that when you on holiday flat :)

Exceptional

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nice location, very close to the beach San Guliano. There is a shop in gew minutes walk. Restaurants at the beach. The sightseeing places in 20 minute walk.

It was perfect time in Rimini and in Residence Nautic.For this price we fond appropriate combination!Mostly what is the best-location of the hotel,it's only 2 min to the beach.Also special Grazie to Teresa and Francesco and our cleaning lady(sorry,I don't know her name).All the staff are very friendly! Close to the hotel you can find enough cafes with delicious food, within walking distance of hotel is supermarkt Conad. Thanks a lot,we spent a nice time!

the neighborhood kids were acting up, but what could we and the staff do? Some days the reality wa s like this... ;)

It is a perfect place for a great family vacation in Rimini. I would choose it again anytime.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great, quiet location, walking distance to the beach, great pool. Perfect for family with kids.

It is time to change bathroom equipment. Could have a little bit more comfortable patio furniture.

overall an OK place to stay for a stop over in the heat :)

air condition in both rooms, working as expected. Spacious room and double bed big enough to fit three. double bed was a single mattress so no crack or bump in the middle. :) Pool looked clean, we didn’t use it as we arrived too late. Pool closes at 19.00.

Narrow, one way streets (as expected in a city in Italy). parking is approx 300 meters away, drop off your bags first. there is a small kitchen in the room but we had to pay extra to use it. Showerhead was not working well and would not stay in position.

Quiet location, good price.

I thought the location was good as we like peace. Right next door was a quiet beach, far more comfortable than the "long beach". There was also a shop and restaurants nearby. The room had free air conditioning. The shower worked really well, it immediately came with warm water and good. pressure.The staff was friendly.

The room had a stale smell, probably there used to be smoking inside. There was no table on the balcony and there was only one chair.

Go somewhere else.

The apartment wasn't clean, 3/5 lights were not functioning, the airco wasn't functioning (we had to stop and start it every 10 mins), the cradles for the 11 months twins were unconfortable, they took 2 days to close a sofa/bed that took half of the space and once they finally did it they left it uncovered, despite the fact that I specified we had 3 kids (4 years, 11 months twins) and booked an apartment for 4 persons they made us pay for 1 cradle on site without telling us in advance. Not a good service for the money.

Location, cleanness, personnel. Overall the stay was good, thanks.

A sofa bed was broken (but a new room was provided on next day), some conditioners and kitchen stove were not functional.

Cheap but not worth

Bed wasn’t comfortable at all, position sucks, the closest beach is next to the harbor, the “bar” at the swimming pool is an automatic machine (cash only of course) and there’s no surveillance on pool area. The only good service was the bike, they borrowed us bikes to move in the area (otherwise expect 30min walk to get to the main beach area). If you’re looking for a place where to relax this is not the place for you.
