The location
Breakfast is not buffet style and we got only one coffee and not offered any more.
Rooms are not as advertised, no sofa in our design apartment.
No toiletries
Felt unwelcome

Очень заботливый персонал, максимально стараются сделать пребывание в отеле комфортным. Расположение идеальное. Жд станция в 3 мин ходьбы, до пляжа мин 10 прогулочным шагом. Рядом кафе - бистро.

The temperature outside was 10 degrees, in the room 15 degrees. No heating. I slept under 2 blankets. And it was still cold. The hotel should not work if it is unable to ensure a normal temperature in the rooms during the cold season.
The staff is a bit arrogant.

The room, although not large, had a lot of amenities we did not expect: electric kettle and tea; some plates, spoons, glasses and mugs; bathrobes and slippers; even a shoe horn. There was a refridgerator and a little balcony. The hotel is in an excellent location, a leisurely stroll from the beach and a block away from the main pedestrian street in Jurmala.
We were awed by the breakfast: a fresh fruit starter; a basket of wonderful bread and croissants with butter and jam; and the usual warm breakfast dishes accompanied by coffee, all served quite stylishly.
The remotes for the TV took a while to figure out, but that may be our tech phobia at work.

Breakfast was tasty, people working there were friendly.
Close to the Jormas iela (pedestrian street) where you find many restaurants, short way to the beach.
If you plan to do train trips very short way to the station .
I was upgraded from dubble room to an apartment, as I stayed a week, so I can't say anything about the original room, but I hope that the apartment was bigger than the original room.
I was upgraded from dubble room to an apartment, as I stayed a week, so I can't say anything about the original room, but... the living room part of the apartment was quite nice, the sleeping part was okay for one personen AFTER I turned the bed into a completely different position that made it possible to crawl inside. Otherwise you'd get claustrophobia due to the extremely narrow celing and the amount of curtains. I don't know how too people should have slept there without hitting their heads on the ceiling.
Apart from that really noisy due to the train, that goes four times an hour. It literally skakes the whole building, making mirrors an porcelain shake.
Tons of spiderweb at the ceiling.
"Technical things" should be checked more often:
- safe didn't work, until I found out the batteries were low
-Air ventilation in the bathroom was broken at day two

Amazing breakfast, delicious!
A little noisy because of the railway and road next to the hotel.

Great location! Close to all restaurants and to the beach. Owners are very kind and always happy to help. I stayed in very cosy and quiet room. I asked for a kettle on the reception and I got a set of kettle, teapot, cup, exclusive organic tea and cookies. Breakfast was delicious. View from the terase is fantastic. I loved all about my stay. Definitely, this hotel will be my first choice for my next stay in Jurmala

The staff is responsive. Close to Jomas Street and the railway station. Yes, there is a design, but it is overshadowed by several flaws.
The room was generally clean, but there are some places that seem have never been cleaned (for example, the lamps by the bed, the "end of the bed") and old dust starts to fall out when you touch them. Other guests have also written about dust, but this is probably not taken into account.
It was very cold in the room, as well as in the restaurant in the morning during breakfast time. There was an electric heater in the room, with the help of which it was possible to heat the room. I understand that I am visiting the hotel in the off-season and it is expensive to maintain a comfortable temperature in the hotel, but the room could have been heated before the arrival of the guests.
I was warned that there would be a long wait for hot water. And it was really, really long.
The hotel is located on the side of a major street with heavy traffic.
The shower was damaged.

Location was good, staff was friendly,
Parking was hassle, pillow was poor quality, bed was too soft, there was bit mold in bathroom, breakfast for 15€ was bit overpriced

Really good location. Allow with pets and it's not charged for pets.
Toilet was not clean when we come ventilation grid was really dirty, bathroom and room has only glass door between bed and bathroom and these doors won't close. Rooms has a lot of dust.
Parking is near museum, but it's not enough space for private parking in the yard.

Very good location, close to both walking street and the beach. Owners of the boutique hotel gave a very good service with recommendations for spa, lending out beach towels and also provide for a shower after check out time. Nice breakfast with different options for choice.

Lovely and romantic place with wonderful view and elegant host. I felt there like in a different world. The room looked soooo smart, had everything you need to spend nice time. The communication with the host was perfect. I really liked the breakfast. I hope I will come back here again.

location was nice that it was central. however, the bad part was that it was next to the main road, very noisy at night, trains and cars.
liked that it’s per friendly.
location on the main road, noisy, no AC. definitely price does not match the quality

Strange place. Meant for those, who love loud railway and 4 line street directly under the windows. Trainspotting would be the name of the experience. Very nice terrace on the roof.
Minibar/fridge could be pluged in power socket.

The hotel is very clean, newly renovated, with a very interesting and exciting decor. It is very close to the main Street of the town, the sea.
Unfortunately it is located very close to a big street and railway. We got a room where we felt as sleeping directly in a very busy street. At 4am the first train arrived with all its sounds.
I would not describe it as a very pleasurable rest unless you have a ear plugs.

The appearance is quite nice at first.
When you start to look into details it’s not so fresh and clean. Soap disposer was empty. The bath sinks through and dishes are not so clean.
Although some years ago we had a nice breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, now paying 70€ per room (I’m Latvian and it’s a quite price per night for Latvians) you do not receive any breakfast or even proper coffee in your room. I mean, even cheapest hotels have at least a capsule coffee makers… I know that COVID affects us all, but, at least, lower your prices if you can’t afford a proper service.

It was not possible to sleep. To much noises from the street which is very close. No sound proof windows or anything which helps to reduce the noise. People in the hotel do not want to hear or talk about this problem

Nice room,clean.
Too close to main road!!
