Incredible service, great amenities and the buffet breakfast was definitely a winner for my husband.

The beds were incredibly comfy, and the staff were very accommodating for us to move the beds when a cot couldn't be located. This enabled us to make sure our daughter slept safely.

Price. Restaurant onsite. Easy access to where we were going.

No view or you can’t walk to restaurants but it was perfect for what we wanted.

Great value, good location, easy parking

Friendly, welcoming staff at reception. Lovely to be offered a welcome drink too. Lovely breakfast - plenty of options, all fresh.

Slippery floor between restaurant and main reception area (we nearly slipped each time we walked through). VERY bad mould around air con vents in restaurant and in some areas of the hotel. the bed was WAY too soft for our liking.

restaurant and bar. especially the breakfast and oh yes the beautiful RIBS. desk service was also great

We will definitely stay here again !

It was super clean and quiet. The bed was amazing. The best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. Buffet breakfast included in the booking was delicious and convenient.

Stay was good but was more expensive than planned due to drinks discounts not honoured.

Room and amenities were great

We had to request for the hotel to honour a drinks discount that was paid for in the package through booking.com and couldn’t be honoured 100% of the time. This depend on the staff then the type of drinks. Which was extremely frustrating every time we ordered. So we went elsewhere.

Very pleasant hotel with everything you need for a short stay.

Very clean and tidy, the property exceeded my expectations. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean with nice amenities. The hotel was quiet, even with the pub next door. The buffet breakfast was really good

The window only opened a crack (we were on the 2nd floor), so we could not get a lot of fresh air into the room. But the AC worked just fine. It was further away from the beach than we realised, be good if the hotel offered bike rentals to get about.

it was clean in every way only issue was floor of the shower had few strands of hair and dirt. Running some water resolved the issue, just disappointing as everything else about the property was great.

Handy hotel to Mermaid Waters if you have a car

We needed a no fuss bed for the night handy to Mermaid Waters. This hotel was excellent with a free drink and hot breakfast included in the price. We will be back.

Good location, good motel, good staff, nice perks (vouchers).

The room was nice. Was good to have the bar vouchers and breakfast, however were unable to use them.

The beds were good, but too soft I think.

Another one of those place where I didn't expect much due to location, but I was pleasantly suprised

Bed is very soft, certainly quality but too soft for us. Nice King size though! Room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Disappointed that I couldn’t tap using phone for security deposit. Stayed a month prior and had no problem, staff member was very unhelpful and told me that they have never allowed it!! thankfully another staff member stepped in and helped out explaining new management had changed rules.
