Es war eine gute Bleibe auf meiner Tour durch Irland

Breakfast good , perfect location
The addition of a lift would be useful

Room was quite nice and comfy. Bathroom was huge and very nice. Dining room is quite good, kitchen is very accommodating. But the street outside is very noisy in the wee hours. Lots of people hanging around or looking for a quick euro.
Mainly the noise after midnight from the people hanging out on the street.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in receptionist so friendly and helpful. Rest of staff also outstanding food delicious and room so comfy. It's well worth a stay and the nicest staff you could hope for. They really are a credit to your hotel. I will most definitely be back in near future as I could not fault it and plus Guinness nicest I've had in Ireland. Thanks to receptionist and all staff couldn't have been any nicer.

The friendliness of all the staff from when we are arrived to when we left. Can't wait to go back on a Saturday night to enjoy some music
There's nothing I can say

The Staff was incredibly warm and helpful, especially Stephanie at the front desk. She went above and beyond helping with a situation that happened to our 9year old daughters foot. The restaurant staff are equally great, and the bar is relatively kid friendly 😊
Kid’s menu and plenty of soft drinks to choose from. Rooms are a bit dated but the bathrooms are updated. Location of the hotel is right on the Main Street of the small town which is convenient for walking for take away or to the store across the street.
There’s no lift there and the rooms are a bit dated, including the stiff beds

I have visited this hotel a number of times whilst staying locally with family for drinks and food and have always had a good experience. The location was ideal for my recent visit as family are no longer living locally.
The staff are a credit to the hotel and make for a super experience, friendly, helpful, professional and efficient.
My room was warm and clean with a comfortable bed.
The bus from Dublin city centre (111) arrives and departs right outside the hotel which offers an alternative method of transport when not driving.
My hotel room was dated, the furniture could do with an upgrade and the bathroom would benefit from a refit.

Everything, except the noise from the street.
I could not sleep because of the outside traffic and the lack of sound proofing (single glazed windows).
If you have back rooms, I will be happy to come back.

Lovely, friendly comfortable hotel. The staff were all without exception helpful and courteous. Enjoyable dinner and and excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
The room we stayed in was at the front of the hotel and the night we stayed there was a lot of street noise. This obviously wasn’t the fault of the hotel.

limited veggie choices

Excellent choice available both for breakfast and evening meals which we availed of on both days of our short stay, the service was first class by very professional and friendly staff, also the dining room very busy with guests and locals which is always a good yardstick of quality and standards. Location was excellent for exploring the surrounding countryside and its many attractions. This is an excellent family run business and it shows in the attention to detail and above all the staff
Unfortunately this building is not user friendly for people with mobility issues no lift, 48 steps to the 2nd floor, now saying this, it would not prevent us from staying here again, as the positives far out-weight the one negative
