Beautiful property in a delightful location. Love the somewhat retro furnishing, which was immaculately done. 2 free EV chargers which was a bonus. We would very much like to have eaten in l’Almandin, the renowned on-site restaurant, but a late arrival meant that we had to cancel. Next time I hope
No real dislikes though some of the reception staff could have been a little warmer

Great service from friendly staff. The transfer by boat to the beach was handy. Food in the Italian restaurant was more than ok and the dinner in the gastronomic restaurant l’Almandin was exceptional.

We enjoyed excellent breakfast and wonderful meal in the main restaurant
The Italian meal was poor and our waitress was very impatient with me. I was cross because I do speak very good French but have difficulty communicating on occasion because of my deafness. I would expect every consideration and politeness at this standard of hotel.

the whole experience was wonderful, outstanding food, friendly helpful staff

Lovely staff, we stayed for my partners birthday.. setting is perfect and the restaurant is top notch. Will definitely be returning.
Nothing.
3.5
Location and staff ..
the Suite prestige was rather 4 stars than 5 stars . Was expecting better room with more “ prestige” . it was rather Ok .
amenities in bathroom were not renewed regularity and the towels , and bathrobe conditions in the bathroom were unacceptable ( old with holes ) . They should check these before allocating them .
breakfast was good although there is no possibility to order extra outside the Buffett .
very friendly and helpful staff.
The gastronomic restaurant offers limited choices which are only revealed at the last minute ( no possibility to choose): you have one starter, one main course and 1 dessert). this is rather disappointing .. Otherwise you have to take the 10 course menu to find multiple choices .

Such a nice experience! Very nice hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Very relaxing. Highly recommended!
Nothing really. It was a little too far to walk into town, but it didn't matter. Lovely place.

Everything. A premier class hotel with great staff.
Really, one of the best hotels in France.
Only being there for one night. We'll be back.

From the moment we checked in we felt all the travel stress disappear. When you are taken away from reception to sit down while checking in with a glass of sparkling wine you know you are in for a great experience. We stayed in the Newport suite and it is truly one of the prettiest, largest rooms we have stayed at in Europe. It has a deck that leads right to the water, an incredible bed, bathtub, shower and sitting area. We were blown away. Franck the GM and Gregory the bartender went out of their way to make us feel so VIP. The pool was great despite the wind, we found a nice area to sunbathe. The food is exceptional here. We had breakfast and dinner and were so impressed. We also had a private wine tasting to learn more about the region. Truly can't say enough and are already dreaming of returning! Thank you
This is an overall statement. France for some crazy reason has no idea what a Latte is. Cracks me up. No complaints.

There was nothing to dislike, exceptional hotel
It was all wonderful

Nice spacious room; breakfast very high quality with good enough options. Nice pools too.
Staff were a little unresponsive to our needs and no proactivess; there were ants on the terrace, at the bistrot and few in our room on the first floor (probably some sort of seasonal invasion due to the 2022 drought). Spa massage quality varies a lot based on the person doing your massage, as we had two in different days.

We loved the hotel, really nice place, nice deco, delicious food and lovely pool.
Would have loved more vegetarian options for dinner

Very helpful, welcoming staff. Comfortable beds in a clean, peaceful, room. Very good breakfast and a superb restaurant, L’Amandin. I would highly recommend Ile de la Lagune.
A little remote, but nothing serious.

Amazing place to stay, staff are the best you will find friendly and will sort out any problem
I could not fault anything
