Leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in guter Lage

Nettes wenn auch in die Jahre gekommenes Grand-Hotel. Gute Lage, Zimmer sauber, Betten gut.

Das uns überlassene Zimmer war sehr dunkel und lag direkt über der Anlieferung des Hotels, was die Nacht ab ca. 6 Uhr für uns beendete. Frhstück ok, allerdings gab es keinen entkoffeinierten Kaffe, was bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und auch dem Preis des Früstuck (22 EUR/Person) nicht passieren dürfte.

Ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Sehr tolles hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Anlagen und Zimer sind toll eingerichtet und auch sonst macht alles einen super Eindruck. Für Familien mit Kindern ein sehr tolles Hotel.

Das Frühstück war ok. Nicht schlecht aber auch nichts ausgefallenes. Für die Hotelkategorie könnte es aber qualitativ besser sein. Die Waschmaschinen waren nicht besonders sauber. Diese sollten regelmäßiger gereinigt werden.

Bardzo udany pobyt w przepięknej Austrii

Bardzo życzliwy personel mówiący po angielsku, komfortowy pokój, kręgle, basen, dużo atrakcji w okolicy, przepiękny wodospad. Polecam hotel i miejsce

Woda w basenie mogłaby być cieplejsza o 2 stopnie, brak klimatyzacji może być uciążliwy w upalne dni.

Viihtyisä paikka, upeat näköalat

Huone oli tilava ja siisti. Säilytystilaa oli runsaasti. Näköala parvekkeelta oli upea. Pidimme myös kylpyläosastosta paljon. Saunaosasto oli miellyttävä myös. Pelihuone oli tyttärellemme mieluisa.

Meillä oli majoitus ilman ruokailuja. Kahtena aamuna kuitenkin ostimme aamiaisen hotellista huonelaskuun. Kukaan ei kertonut meille, että aamiaisen hinta ei sisältänyt juomia (kahvi, tee, mehut) vaan uloskirjautuessa kävi ilmi, että nämä veloitetaan lisäksi.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Schöne Sauna.

Schöner Wellnessbereich. Sauna wurde wg. des schlechten Wetters auf Nachfrage schon um 13:00 Ihr angestellt. Bademantel und Latschen wurden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Liegt direkt am Alpe-Adria-Radweg.

Raum (mit kleiner Küche) im Nebengebäude recht altbacken. Letzte Renovierung schon recht lange her (optisch deutlich vor der Jahrtausendwende).

Großartiges Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und mondänen Flair

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, welches uns während unseres Aufenthalts stets sehr kompetent zur Seite stand. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ausreichend groß, der Ausblick auf dem 6. Stockwerk großartig. Sowohl das Frühstücks-, als auch das Abendbuffet waren reichhaltig und ließen qualitativ keine Wünsche offen.

Es gibt nix zu meckern.

Až na malou připomínku - námět, hodně velká spokojenost

Do hotelu jsme přijeli hodně pozdě v noci a přesto jsme měli připravenou večeři. Ochotný a příjemný personál, welness parádní, snídaně výborné, večeře skvělé. Oboje formou "švédských stolů". Příroda a okolí úžasné, dopravní obslužnost velmi dobrá - taxi, bus, lanovky, atd.

Za zvážení by možná stálo změnit nebo upravit provozní dobu baru nebo restaurace. Naše návštěva byla v době, kdy běží lyžařská sezóna plným proudem a plno hostu lyžuje, ale ne všichni. Ti, kteří nelyžují a nechtějí opouštět hotel nebo ti, kteří přijíždějí se ubytovat, jsou prakticky od konce snídaně do 16 hodin (než otevře bar u recepce) bez šance a možnosti se v ubytování občerstvit - káva, alko nebo nealko nápoje, jídlo, zákusek apod.

Hotel je za svaku preporuku. Vrhunski. Osoblje hotela je izuzetno ljubazno i visoko profesionalno naglasio bih ljubaznost i predusetljivost Adisa sa recepcije.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer hatte einen hervorragenden Blick und auch das Hotel eine sehr, sehr schöne Lage. Die Live-Musik von George war der Hammer!!!

Fällt mir gerade nichts ein.

Just delightful

Beautiful location and views. Apartment had everything that one might need for a comfortable stay. Buffet was delicious and very generous. Spa was a great bonus. I just wish we stayed a little longer.

A fairy big hotel, but feels really cosy, beautiful view, amazing scenery, clean, quiet, lovely spa, lovely staff.

View, cleanliness, wellness, area around, town, clean air, mountains. Slippers with bathrobe was nice standard. Good value for money in pre-season!

Facilities in our property were rather old fashioned, however clean. Lamp in the garderobe was shining all the night - close sensor was not properly mounted. Afterwards we tell issue hotel reception within checkout.

Exceptional

We were completely off-season. But this location is gorgeous. The rooms were huge and amazing. A very comfortable stay. The hotel had lots of great activities and you could even go bowling there.

We were surprised the one rainy day we went to use the pool and sauna that the sauna was closed until 15h and the pool wasn't heated as it said.

The Bellevue experience

Service was expetional. It was easy to check-in and checkout. They took their time to give us in depth information about the region and even a little goodie bag when we left. Really stellar service! The facilities were amazing. We loved the whirl pool and swimming area - you can see the mountain from the pool. Our room had unique furniture and very comfy beds! We were really relaxed after our stay. Price was also good and everything was exceptionally clean!

There was nothing not to like!

Nice hotel. Had buffet dinner, not to our liking, but others appeared to enjoy. Great pool and spa area. Breakfast nice. Car park was a bit awkward to get 6 at least one was available.

location was good, hotel was clean. i had a delivery before i come to hotel. They keep it and give me. That was helpfull. Thanks a lot for that.

all hotels are near, mondi was a bit expensive. it does not matter the hotel book near. The reception told me there is a free shuttle to ski area anytime. İn the morning i asked the personel for the shuttle. They said to me that i can walk. İt was annoying. And in the room there was no water, no coffee nothing to drink or eat!

Our apartment was spacious, the view was amazing (you gotta be on the right side of the hotel though), the personnel was helpful. Kids club and pools were good too.

WiFi is of very poor quality. Breakfast is overpriced. We could hear live music from the lobby in our room.
