Muy buena relación calidad precio pero la limpieza del baño en estancias largas es deficiente

Ubicación excelente, relación calidad-precio excelente y fácilidad de check-in/check-out muy buena. Limpieza de instalaciones cuando uno llega son muy buenas.

La limpieza del cuarto fue inexistente. Cuando llegamos el cuarto estaba completamente limpio pero en 10 días de alojamiento no limpiaron el cuarto ni una sola vez. Solo nos dejaron fuera de la puerta del cuarto toallas limpias, pero como la regadera no sellaba por completo se salía mucha agua entonces las toallas de los pies se mojaban mucho. La ubicación es muy buena aunque a veces se llega a oir mucho ruido por lo céntrica que es.

Katastrophale, dreckige hostel.

Absolut NICHTS !!!

Dreckig, Laut, nur alkoholiker im Haus. Wasserabfluß ist verstopft. Katastrophe es war, schlimmste in Deutschland.

DO NOT BOOK!!

DO NOT BOOK!! If I could give this less than one star, I would. It was impossible to find due to being in a no drive zone, having no instructions and when we called the help desk, there was no response despite it saying they were open 24 hours. The closest parking was a difficult 5 minute walk with all our bags. The hotel is next to a club and so was extremely loud the entire night meaning, even with all the windows closed we didn’t get any sleep. This also meant when we embarked upon the long journey to the car the next morning, the road was covered in broken glass and smashed bottles. It did not feel safe at all, in addition to the raucous outside, well into the morning, there was an extra door in our room, which seemed to be locked for us but accessible from the other side. Do not book this hotel if you are a woman travelling alone. The hotel room was dirty, boiling hot with no air con and no fridge. If all of the above isn’t enough to deter you, there were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom :)

you got better choices

good location for catching train. but that's it.

the elevator is under struction. and we only knew it 1 day before checkin via email which means we cannot cancel the booking. after calling the staff, she kindly put us in the 1st floor but still need to carry our baggages upstairs because there is no ground floor room. and the internet (wifi) is not working at all. you connected, not working.

Good price/quality accomodation

Nice a comfortable room in Siegburg. We used it to visit the dvie4life pool, not super close but also not too far. Very close to the station. Very functional automatic check in, quite comfortable room.

Everything very essential, not too good, not too bad.

we did not stay and found lodging near by

The elevator was not working and the workers told us it had been out of service for 6 month. We had booked a room on the 3 rd floor with a balcony, also no Airconditioning. Our check in was horrible, we had to wait for an hour for someone the help us . I would not recommend this property

Location Perfect for Train Traveler, Siegburg Bhf is strategic for visit Koln,Bonn and Konigswinter etc..

The hotel close at the train station and in my room total silence.

in front of trainstation. clean, large rooms custoumer service is good, the digital key card didn’t work we were helped by phone quickly.

they ask a crazy amount of personal details when you arrive. takes also a few minutes to fill in all the forms

Fully automated, but a bit smelly

Wifi was solid, the degree of automation was nice. Maybe the UX of the app could be optimised. Perhaps add a video demonstrating the use of the mobile phone as key.

Furniture was pretty worn down (desk with lot of scratches) and a faint unpleasant smell, like from the sewer, sometimes occured.

Overall a good impression. Great choice for business travel

The location is really great. Beds are comfortable. The room was clean. Good free Wi-Fi.

Not very comfortable shower cabin. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke.
