Hervorragender Aufenthalt - Perfektes Zwischenziel auf unserer Reise

Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel war perfekt! Wir waren auf der Durchreise und buchten das Hotel nur für eine Nacht, aber wir wurden von Anfang bis Ende positiv überrascht. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass unser Check-in reibungslos verlief. Alles hat wunderbar funktioniert, angefangen von der Buchung bis hin zur Nutzung der Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir fanden das Ambiente sehr angenehm und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Bad ließ keine Wünsche offen - es war geräumig, modern und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen und konnten am folgenden Tag ausgeruht unsere Reise fortsetzen. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer ruhig, sodass wir uns optimal erholen konnten. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der vorab Buchung und Nutzung der Tiefgarage. Unser Fahrzeug und Anhänger standen sicher und wir konnten uns voll und ganz auf unsere Reise konzentrieren. Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns dabei geholfen hat, war äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war reichhaltig, vielfältig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir genossen die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken und starteten gestärkt in den Tag. Insgesamt möchten wir uns herzlich bei Ihrem Team für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bedanken. Wir können Ihr Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen!

attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere at fair prices

I travel pretty frequently, and this is one of the best places I have stayed in recent years. Despite being a 3-star, the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly, they provided bowls and a bed for my dog at no extra cost (never happened before!). The room is new and spotlessly clean, with a bathroom stocked with shaving kits, dental kits, sewing kits, and more. Additionally, water was offered in the minibar. Perfect location between the city center and the train station, and a very competitive price.

Excellent hotel with great staff

From the receptionists to the cleaning staff everyone was very kind. Restaurant and breakfast were great with a lot of gluten free options. They offer the museum card to get access to all the city museums and other services. Excellent location, you can leave your car at the hotel and get everywhere on foot.

Cannot wait to go back!

We missed a train and ended up having to book a room just for the night. We wish we could have stayed much longer! We checked in 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and were starving, the manager set a table up for us as we checked in and ensured we got to eat. There is incredible art work all around that gives so much life to an already vibrant building. We found out later the manager that greeted us was also the artist of many of the works we gushed over. The food was incredible, just as excellent as the hospitality. Not to mention the whole town is at the southern base of the Italian Alps, talk about a view.

A comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. Rooms are a good size, very comfortable and newly refurbished. The hotel is conveniently located near the centre. There is free secure parking under the hotel.

There was construction noise from the room above, starting about 0730.

Excellent value for money

The location is close to the train station, so it's perfect for catching an early train. The facilities are kind of dated, but the hotel management did their best to provide comfortable rooms. I've noticed a lot of tiny details like providing slippers or a sewing kit. The power outlet supported several types of power plugs. The rooms even included a fridge and a kettle.

There were occasional strange sounds coming from the water pipes / plumbing systems. The breakfast didn't include scrambled eggs but there were other options. There are staircases with several steps to take when entering the hotel, so the main entrance is not 100% accessible (I didn't check if there are other entrances).
