Stor pool, ganska nära till stranden. Fräscha rum. Helt ok frukost.

breakfast was good. The swimming pool was great and the beach was across the street.
no wifi in the room. For the money, the room was quite small. The location is a little isolated you would need a car to get around.

Location

Nice location, just over a small (non-busy) road over to the beach, beach was very busy during the day. Breakfast was amazing.
Staff did not really seem to care about non-inclusive customers or help to find information to get around with the car or things to do (you have to find that out yourself and do the research.
WIFI only in public areas, but not in room (available at pool). I think that was advertised

The place is beautiful, with a great potential and a good position. The pool is big and the whole pool area is very pretty. The breakfast was fool of different options and good. The price we paid for 6 nights was very convenient.
The cleaning needs a lot of improving, both in the rooms and the rest of the place. There would be many maintenance works to do.

Nice settings close to the beach.
Excellent buffet breakfast
Photograph shown on booking.com is misleading as it gives the impression that the hotel is right on the beach. In fact it is inland, albeit close to the beach, and none of the hotel windows have sea views.
In August this was not a peaceful or restful hotel. It is a hotel suitable for domestic tourism, in particular for families with children. At one point I counted 43 children in the pool. Music is played almost incessantly from 9 am in the morning till 10.30 in the evening with only short breaks during the day.
Building and rooms are quite dated.

Small rooms, not so clean

Clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet.
The drinks at the bar were really bad. Beer was not ice cold and with temperatures around the 40C makes a difference. Swimming pool closes at 18.30 - 19 max. Reception colleagues were not really sure on local recommendations. Air conditioning at the room could be stronger. The local beach is very hot, over-crowded and the water doesn't seem very clean.

the beds are very bad, the towels leave kittens, hair dry was not stronger, un polite for foreign people because of the language, reception guys was un polite and didn’t showed us facilities like they did others as Italian people...

Nothing really.

Nice location with some restaurants and bars nearby. The bar keeper can make some nice cocktails and the staff is really friendly.
This hotel i's not a 4 star hotel. The Bed and bathroom are not that great and the air-conditioning was not working. There is some weird glitch in the bathroom, you can't really open the shower doors because the toilet is in the way. I was expecting more value for money.

Wifi was not working

There are some nice restaurants nearby.
When we arrived in our room, there was a lot of mold on the ceiling, right next to the air conditioning (see attached picture). Since the hotel was fully booked during our first night, we did not get another room for the night at the hotel when the topic was raised with management.
Wikipedia: "Health problems associated with high levels of airborne mold spores include allergic reactions, asthma episodes, irritations of the eye, nose and throat, sinus congestion, and other respiratory problems. Several studies and reviews have suggested that childhood exposure to dampness and mold might contribute to the development of asthma. For example, residents of homes with mold are at an elevated risk for both respiratory infections and bronchitis. When mold spores are inhaled by an immunocompromised individual, some mold spores may begin to grow on living tissue, attaching to cells along the respiratory tract and causing further problems."

Great location. Nice staff. Lovely pool.
Not 4 star. Utilitarian rooms. Only one pillow per person. Double bed was actually two single mattresses with double sheet.

The location of the hotel was amazing. The appearance was really nice, with spacious rooms. The people at the reception desk where friendly, helpful and tried to speak english when necessary. We also noticed that the Hotel is trying to improve according to the feedback its getting!
The staff of the restaurant was not greeting their guests in the morning. The breakfast buffet did not appear that hygienic (even moult on the fruits one morning). They did not let us feel very welcoming. The room looked very nice and renovated, besides the dust under the bed it appeared to be clean. No toiletries for showering.

Very noisy hotel, unhelpful staff, and very basic room given the price (not to mention that beach umbrella and chairs are not included compared to expected)

Breakfast was good, hotel was easy to find
No issues at all
