Es war alles in Ordnung. Nettes Personal

Ansprechendes Frühstücksangebot mit ausreichend Auswahl, sehr guter Kaffee. Die Lage ist ideal und in der Nähe eines Parkhauses. Betten sind gut und das Zimmer ist sauber.

Ein bisschen Lärm von der Straße, Licht durch Leuchtreklame von Fassade im Zimmer.

Experiencia maravillosa, reconfortable y única.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, porque la estación de tren queda cerca y es de fácil acceso. Hay paraderos de buses muy cercanos y supermercados. El parqueadero también está cerca a un precio razonable. Dentro del hotel, el desayuno es delicioso y tiene variedad de comida para todos los gustos. La atención del desayuno es excelente, siempre hay una o dos personas responsables de suplir lo que falta y orientar al huésped en el uso de la máquina de café, agua y jugo. Además son muy diligentes en dejar todo muy limpio, tanto como las mesas como también las frutas y otros privilegios.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Triest

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Es wurde englisch gesprochen. Zentrale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 3. Etage zum Innenhof und es war absolut Leise von draußen. Die Stadt kann bequem zu Fuß erobert werden. Ein sehr schönes Frühstücks Buffet mit aufmerksamen Personal.

good value for money

Hotel and its facilities are pretty simple (as you can expect in case of 3 stars hotel) but it was extraordinar clean and also the room was pretty spacious. location is vey central, 5min from main train and bus station and also close to the city center - so you can reach everthing by foot. Breakfast was also fine - at least for italian habits :-) staff was also ver friendly and helpfull.

there was nothing to complain about.

We loved it! Very kind and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms with perfect sized beds. We could have breakfast as well, which was important aspect for us, and the hotel has a perfect location! Absolutely worth its price!

Great location but a bit pricy

The room was clean and had the basic stuff needed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite good. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from the train station and the city center.

The street was a bit noisy and the price was quite high.

Lovely hotel in excellent location

We really appreciated clean room, polite and kind staff, amazing breakfast, comfy beds and excellent location! Also, there is playing area for children in front of the rooms.

We only stayed for one night. ☹️

location, price

shower is very old and hard to use + not comfortable, there was not enough shampoo (3 or 4 very small bottles for one time use, not replaced with a new ones when used), it happened to have only hot (almost boiling) water in the tap/shower, room was not prepared for our visit - air conditioning was not working before, so when we entered the apartment, there was ~30 Celcius degrees, the appartment was not properly ventilated, fridge was not working properly also in the offer there was a parking listed, but it was not guaranteed and paid in addition

Very nice and enjoyable!

The hotel is very near the main train station (10-15 minutes walking distance). Also very near the famous Zampolli gelateria, and only 5 minutes from the beautiful pedestrian zone. And because it's in a side street, it's still relatively quiet (depends on the room though). The breakfast had a good selection of foods, including boiled eggs, various types of bread (white and dark), and very good coffee. My room was large (for a single-guest room), very clean, with a proper desk, a good bathroom with shower, and a sufficiently sized bed. Overall, while the house is very old, and there may occasionally be hickups with the plumbing, it is very nice and enjoyable. Oh, and another plus: The hotel entrance is open 24 hours.

The ventilation systems of the hotel that are in the back yard create quite a bit of noise through the whole night. Depending on where your room is, this can be a problem when sleeping with open window. Also, in my room, there was sometimes a weird issue where all the water in the bathroom (even the toilet water) would become super-hot - but it was always resolved quickly by the friendly staff. Also, in the room itself, there isn't a lot of storage space for clothes. There was a large cupboard, but with almost no shelves to put stuff on. Not a big issue for me, but could be for others.

Very clean and breakfast was decent

Ordered a room with 2 single beds and they didnt have one.offered to give me one the last night before we left.too late! Receptionist rather rude!

I know the Hotel Italia from former stays and I was disappointed. The friendly staff made the points

breakfast, location were ok, the friendly staff, who gave me a lot of good informations about services in Triest.

The room was renovated, very carelessly. The shower head was fixed and not removable. The doors were prepared for card use instead of key use and it was made carelessly.

Pleasant

They advertise that parking is available, but you have to drive around to find a parking spot. We arrived on a Saturday evening when finding a parking is impossble. It took us more than an hour to find something.

Adequate hotel in good location

Clean and modern hotel in good location.

Bathroom floor extremely slippery when wet. Only one standard round EU power receptacle in room. Internet connection demands all sorts of personal information, but you can invent the data. Desk staff tended to be impatient; one gave us wrong directions. Cleaning staff was friendly. Breakfast takes an eternity because not a buffet. Instead, you check the items you want on a slip that the employee then puts on your plate for you. She is alone and must repeat this for every guest.

Smaller room, comfortable beds, pleased with a small refrigerator in the room. People at the reception very nice and helpful. Breakfast due to covid arrangements only to order, but delicious. Great location to the city center, all on foot. Parking house near the hotel.

A very pleasant stay.

Hotel Italia is very close to the Trieste Centrale train station. Breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was very kind.

The wi-fi connection could be better. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location and value for the money

The location is excellent - within walking distance from the centre. The staff at the hotel are super kind. Breakfast is good. Also, parking is a 2 minute walk from the Hotel.

There are two things that would have made my stay 100% satisfactory. One is to include douvet covers, i.e. not just a bedsheet and a douvet over it! Also, the showers are fixed (can't move it) so showering was a challenge!
