Gute Verbindung zur Innenstadt

Ottimo Hotel situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere sia il centro che le autostrade

Pulizia, ottima colazione, personale gentile e professionale e posizionato a pochi km dal centro

Se proprio dovessi trovare un neo forse la presenza dell'impianto termico vicino alla nostra stanza che creava un po' di rumore in alcuni orari.

Bom custo-benefício

Hotel simpático, com estacionamento grátis e facil acesso para a estrada. Para o centro, o ponto de onibus em frente é a melhor opção. Capuccino no café da manhã é servido na hora. O restaurante do hotel é boa opcao para o jantar

Para 3 pessoas o quarto fica pequeno e poucas opções no café da manhã.

1. Colazione abbondante, variegata e mista (c'era il preparato per i waffle e lo strumento per farlo in autonomia, con tanto di mille glasse, topping e sciroppo d'acero) 2. Materasso comodo e confortevole 3. TV grande 4. Camera e bagno puliti 5. Grande parcheggio gratuito a disposizione 6. Struttura facile da raggiungere in auto ma anche ben collegata con il centro città tramite mezzi

Ottima posizione , si arriva in centro in 10 minuti di macchina ( circa 4 km). Colazione stupenda , ottima e abbondante , stanze pulite e curate , grande parcheggio gratuito. Personale molto gentile. Grazie

Rude staff and no gestures of goodwill

the staff was very rude, so the general review of our stay is really bad. the room service somehow lost some of my clothes. we were very understanding and told them that this can happen, but of course we wanted to have the clothes back. when they told us they could not find it anymore the next morning, we kindly asked them for some kind of compensation. they told us they could not offer us a refund and did not even give us an honest excuse. in fact, they did not even listen to us and ignored us while we were talking to them. would never book this hotel again. you would expect more hospitality and goodwill among the guests in a four-star-hotel. also the walls between the rooms are very thin and you can literally hear everything your neighbour says and does. would not recommend staying in this hotel at all!

Wir machen seit Jahren auf dem Weg nach Apulien in Bologna im jetzt Mitico, vorher Ramada Encore, Station und sind noch

Zimmer, freundliches Personal, sehr, sehr gutes Frühstück bei dem wirklich jeder Geschmack befriedigt werden kann.

The breakfast its really amazing. It has a lot of options. you can even do your own waffle. A lot o fruits, cakes, juices, I was really impressed

I cannot recommend this one to anybody I know.

Friendly staff except one person at the front desk. He was not helpful at all.

We want a clear statement for what we are paying for. We dined twice at the hotel, each time they did not give us a bill and just told us the amunts only. When we checked out, we asked for a detailed statement. They were reluctant to give us any. We had to demand something written. The amounts were different from the original quotes (about 50 euro more) on top on tax. I still don't know how much they charged for each items for dinner. Why is that so difficult?

What we needed as a stop gap hotel due to a cancelled flight. Only 20 euros to the airport.

The breakfast is great, lots of choice and staff available to top up regularly. The hotel feels a little ‘in the middle of nowhere’ with not a lot to do or even shops / restaurants or cafes for food / drink. We did discover a Lidl type store fairly close but it’s not obvious. You’re going to need a car or be prepared to bus or taxi. The rooms though soundproofed do not keep out the sound of banging from other doors in the hotel and that was a little noisy during the night.

As above - sorry, filled out like and not so goods in one box!

Great value and price, just work on the noise isolation.

Very strategic location. Only one bus to the main station. Breakfast was great with delicious options like the brioches.

Not sure if it was our room only but you can hear everything from the adjacent room. And the AC! Never worked for us at least and the nights were quite hot.

Great for business travel, good for vacations…

I stay in this hotel at least two times per year - the rooms are always clean and functional. The staff are very friendly and willing to meet your needs and requests with a smile. Breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of selection and variety. With a bus stop literally on the edge of the property, you can access Centrale and the historic city center within minutes and a few euro.

Acceptable place for 1 night

Comfortable mattresses, soft towels, pleasant room, spacious bathroom

Not a 4 stars breakfast, lack of vegetables, nothing for vegan, except soya Milk and vegan croissant. The noise of the air conditioning system, which cannot be closed. In the morning I woke up with a headache. There was dust on the phone screen, probably from the air conditioning system,meaning that no or old filters.

So if you think this is a hotel where you can use spa facilities (I mean it's in the name), than you are mistaken. Now it may be stated somewhere that this is available to guests only for an extra fee, so my bad if I missed it. However, spa at an extra charge of 110 eur for 2 persons for 2 hours is a bit too much for me. So if you want a spa hotel this is not the place. Facilities in hotel and the room are pretty basic and definitely not a 4 start hotel, maybe 3 tops. Night shift receptionist made as much effort to explain stuff and welcome us as a vending machine. The room smelled like someone had smoked there before and there was no wardrobe, only hangers. The electrical outlet next to my bed was broken. Basically, you could get a similar room for the same money somewhere more central and spare yourself the hassle of getting into the city with a bus of taxi.

Great stay

Clean, stylish, fast Internet to work/stream and great breakfast. We were upgraded and the staff is extremely helpful and competent.

There was some noisy maintenance going on, which is never a bad thing but if drilling is involved, it shall be at least communicated.
