Un hôtel magnifique pour commencer les fêtes de Noël !

Un endroit toujours aussi exceptionnel , niché dans le vieux Varsovie , très joliment décoré pour Noël et superbement aménagé .

Malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter du superbe petit déjeuner pour cause de départ très tôt ...

Wunderbares Hotel mit Charme und Luxus.

Es war das allerbeste was uns passieren konnte! So ein fantastisches Hotel sucht seinesgleichen. Vom Service bis hin zur Detailverliebten Ausstattung bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke !

Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt !!!!

Das historische Hotel ist ideal um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral. Besser geht nicht! Das Frühstück war hervorragend: frisch gepresster Saft, Smoothie, große Auswahl von geräuchertem Fisch, Prosecco , gute Qualität von Kaffee und Tee, sehr leckeres Brot und Baguette und das übliche alle möglichen Eiervariationen ;))) Der Spa-Bereich war genau das richtige, vor dem Frühstück zu schwimmen und nach dem langen Spazieren die Massage sich zu gönnen…mmmmm! Vielen Dank

Great location and experience

I appreciate the architecture and ambiance of the place. The breakfast served here is of great quality and the rooms are also very comfortable and well-maintained.

The sauna seems to be a bit small for a hotel of this size.

Ok hotel with some luxurious aspects and some faults

I loved the ground floor with fresh flowers and a luxurious feeling. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of variety and we also ordered some additional dishes from a separate menu. The staff was helpful and let us change to a better room free of charge, since the first one was too hot.

Our first room had a poor air conditioning and there was only hot water coming from the tap. Also our bed was uncomfortable. The second room was better but even then it had minor faults, like the bathroom door was very stiff and the toilet seat was worn out. In my opinion, a 5-star hotel has to have the small details in order because those are the things that make it special.

Lovely hotel in Warsaw Old Town

Location was fantastic in Warsaw. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The spa facilities were also nice.

The air condition unit seemed to be old and just seemed to circulate the warm air. We told the staff and they provided us with a fan which did help a little.

Perfect location, 2 minutes by walk from old city and very quiet street Beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of charm, nice swimming pool and sauna (no hammam or fitness) Very confortable room.

No hot water during 1 day, no cold water the next day The problem was not fix before I leave

Super hotel in central old town

Location was superb. Beds very comfortable, rooms spacious, clean and decorated very nicely. staff very friendly and welcoming. really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend. Pool and spa was also very relaxing and quiet.

Shame there is no gym but that is a personal preference. Breakfast expensive if not already included.

Great hotel and location. Was given a free upgrade and booked in early.

Everything could have been perfect. The only thing that bugged me was during breakfast. The buffet was a great selection, but no direction was given at all. I asked if there was a hot breakfast and was told there is a daily specials menu. I ordered something from that, only to find out later there was a full selection of hot breakfast items in buffet. No big deal, but although staff were very polite and accommodating, I still felt as if I was being difficult. If it was explained on entry there is a hot and cold buffet, there would have been no confusion. I also sat down, went to get a drink and came back to find someone else sitting in my seat with a coffee!

Cozy hotel and perfect serving. Hotel is very close to the main old town street, ~10-15 min walk. You can park car for free in the weekends in all old town, but there are some places infront of hotel.
