Stopped for one night on an extended solo motorcycle trip. Was nice and convenient.

Convenient location for a stop on my journey. Offered secure parking for my motorcycle - which is a requirement in a city.

Nothing really other than the coffee/tea making supplies in the room were a bit stingy.

La amabilidad de todo el personal. La limpieza. La ubicación.

El garaje mínimo, con dificultad de maniobra y caro, (15€) La cafetería, muy amables pero necesita mejor organización y una buena limpieza a la plancha de asar. Asimismo, les sugiero que no son sanas las partes quemadas de cualquier alimento, por ejemplo, las tostadas, las hacen demasiado. El que admitan mascotas, opino que deberían agrupar a sus dueños en habitaciones contiguas y no mezclar habitaciones sin ellas. Un ladrido no molesta, pero muchos, sí. El minibar realmente pequeño. Por lo demás, buen hotel. Para repetir. ..

A touch of modern luxury in an historic city.

The hotel is well situated and has underground parking. The reception staff were very helpful. We ate twice in the restaurant and our waiter could not have been nicer and more attentive.

There really was nothing about the hotel which we didn't like. The hotel is just outside the pedestrian zone which includes all of the historic town.

it was ok until they had us pay twice for the same thing!!!

I ordered a burger, and it hadn’t arrived in about half an hour, then I called again, and they were kind of quick (probably because they forgot and were embarrassed). This burger cost me 9,50€, which I gave the deliverer 10€ and he didn’t even give me the chance to say if I wanted to give him a tip. But I didn’t mind. When I was checking out they told me that I hadn’t payed so I had to pay again!!! The worst was that he didn’t care, and because my english isn’t the best, he laughed in my face!!!!

Great hotel, staff and room was azing with private balcony over looking the city roof tops to the cathedral, would of love 2 or 3 days there to unwind, but was passing through

Superb hotel and lovely staff. We were upgraded to a roof room with terrace at no extra charge. Fantastic bathroom with bath and shower. Parking was arranged and a lift takes you to reception.. Great location for the old town and sites.

Brilliant hotel in great spot.

I was enormously impressed.Lovely hotel in a great spot, by a park and easy access to Huescas interesting places. Loved it

I am a little disappointed that they charge 10 euros per dog. 10 for both seems fairer. Check you get parking arranged. I didn’t do this and we were lucky there was a space right outside for 3 euros for night - could have been a worry with full travelling car. Still GREAT hotel.

Not enough staff at the cafeteria to get a snack took forever, and waiters were running like chickens without heads but one or two for the area was by far not enough. We stayed 2 days and it was aways the same

The restaurant and cafeteria both serve no food from 3:30 pm till 8:30 pm.!! There was no coffee/tea machine in the room Toiletries in the bathroom were very very limited Breakfast was cold(no warmers or covers)but there was a microwave oven there!!

I liked it

It looked new, room was nice and comfy, well decorated. Just outside the oldtown. Breakfest was good, many things to choose. There is a park on the otherside. There was balcony. The paid public parking around.

I think that at the breakfast there should additional person for the service to help cleaning tables.

Superb

Great room, spacious with large bathroom. Bathroom has a very nice nighttime softfocus light (as well as bright lights) and great shower. Comfortable beds. Has a convenient car park underneath the hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly. Luggage carts available. We did not use the restaurant but the menu looked great (vegan/vegetarian options available) Quiet surroundings eventhough it is in the middle of the city.

The staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and quiet, and the hotel has an ideal location.

fantastic hotel, the suite was superb and good facilities.

restaurant was never used as the food is not very good. a good chef is needed to elevate this hotel. the bar did not have enough staff, there was always dirty tables and used glasses on all surfaces.
