Had everything you need. The staff were great thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had everything you need. The staff were great, very attentive with our needs. Our flight was an evening flight so we left our bags there for the day with no fuss and when we arrived back they gave us facilities to have a shower and freshen up before we went home. Our room was cleaned everyday and provided with fresh towels. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only thing was the fridge was quite small and didn’t seem to be very cold so our food went off very quickly.

Hôtel très confortable, bien situé et personnel très sympathique

Superbe hotel, une belle, grande chambre avec une literie très confortable. Très tranquille. Nous ne sommes pas venus pour faire la fête et c’était la toute première fois que nous venions à Ibiza et cet hotel était parfait pour ne pas être dérangé par ceux qui font la fête. Le petit déjeuner était très généreux et varié.

J’aurai aimé avoir une bouilloire avec café et thé dans la chambre mais rien de dramatique! Le matin je me suis levé tôt et ai pu avoir un café avant l’heure du service du petit déjeuner. Merci à la réception!

Exceptional

Had an excellent time at Marfil, photos definitely do not do it justice. The room was spacious and very clean, every time we would leave we’d come back to our bed made, new towels and such and always a great smell. The hotel was quiet, close to everything, overall a great experience.

The location is great. Has good restaurants nearby and it seemed a safe zone. The staff is friendly.

The fridge did not work. The garage is not in the same building. We parked in 2 different places, the first time in one parking place 1-2km away from the hotel and the second parking place was in a side street, much closer. 2 min walking.

Nice quiet hotel, within walking distance from the center, swimming pool in the nearest hotel, free parking. We did check-out and lived our luggage at lobby. We ask to the sun umbrella and towels, after we can spend all day at the beach and swimming pool. There is a good apportunity get shower and change clothes.

Visitors from next room always smoked 🪴🪴 and cigarette smoke got inside to our room and made it impossible to open window

Very good value for money.

When booking, we specified our expectations and all of them were met. Our spotless clean room overlooked a lovely garden and was really quiet. A five-minute walk to the bus station and fifteen - minute stroll to Mercadona supermarket make it a perfect location for a person who wants to see and experience something more of Ibiza than only Sant Antonio discos. Very kind and responsive reception staff - thank you very much 🌞.

A small wireless kettle and a mug would be a lovely addition to the accommodation.

Good for party people on a budget, not for 30+ who look for nice and pretty location/hotel

- clean room - extremly friendly staff - close to a beach (not a super great one but still) - close to restaurants (not great though)

- hotel room was a bit old, the room smelled funny and the bathroom was not great - location not very pretty, very close to a quite filthy bar/pub area for frat boys

everything. the room was clean and spacious with small sunny balcony to relax In the evenings.

The fridge in our room not properly working. It was talking a long time to cool the drinks but they have some big ones downstairs so didn’t bother us too much.

Worst hotel in Ibiza - assaulted by staff

Everything. Staff demanded 200eur for made up damages. Chased me down the road and assaulted me. Do not stay here!

Super confortable hotel

I loved this place ! The room was big, the bed queen size and sooo comfortable !! The bathroom was nice, the saop gift amazing, and the balcony was also cute. The hotel is well center in the city, 30min away from ibiza town, but close to some amazing crystal blue beaches. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we could let our luggage in the lobby, and one guy give me a plaster because I needed one. I 100% recommend this hotel, and it's one of the cheapest (even though it's quite expensive, but Ibiza is expensive. I didn't get the breakfast but I saw it in the morning and it looked nice.

The only thing I could have had better was the view on the balcony, which is on the street, and from the bathroo, to other hotel rooms. But it didn't matter to me. I loved this place.

Very clean and nice rooms. Very goed breakfast, fresh orange jus, good coffee & some very good local desserts.

The only probleem was the airco, noisy & not strong enough for the room.

location was absolutely ideal. Hotel was clean and perfectly kept.

Very little price difference (£4) for two guests in a room or one. As I was a solo traveller I would’ve liked to of seen a slight price decrease due to being alone.
