Pequeno almoço muito pobre. Sumo de laranja horrível. Mais valia porém de pacote. Pequeno almoço era até as 9h30 (demasiado cedo para quem quer descansar um pouco mais). As 09h32 um funcionário aborda-nos a dizer em tom autoritário “pequeno almoço terminado”. Quando pedi fatura ao rececionista, um outro colega diz “tem o recibo do booking”. Tive de insistir a dizer que queria fatura e que eram obrigados a passar. O Staff é composto de pessoal não local, claramente desajustado as práticas e costumes europeus.

Exceptional

The room met a good hygiene Standards and it was regularly cleaned on a daily basis. The staff were nice and courteous. The manager was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The walls are way to thin and you can hear other people like they are in your room . The cleaning crew was way to loud . Bathroom door was broken . Balcony door brooken . The staff they were no friendly and not ready to help.

The staff were great. Selection was OK. Room was very noisy, between the tv playing music videos and the hard surfaces of the room itself.

Very noisy room. Staff were friendly but spoke ‘way to fast for us not from Milan. The elevator was too small to accommodate both the luggage trolley and a person.

I had a nice time with my two guys and I'll miss some our discussion.

I loved the morning staff Zeld and my lovely Egyptian night staff. They treated me with respect and admiration. They never wavered to any of my needs. Even when I was very disappointed with the room I was given, it was changed immediately after my complaint without hesitation. I'll really miss those two guys and the the lady at the breakfast service even though we don't understand ourselves, but we made do. She was also pleasant to me too. Thank you guys for taking care of me ❤️

The distance from there to Milan is the worse one and the main reason why I'll never return, I'm very sorry! Transportation from the hotel daily cost me a fortune and it wasn't pleasant 😒

Everything was wrong from start, the person who did our check in, terrible at customer service, no breakfast fir 2 days because the restaurant was being decorated. We were not told about this even though we paid for breakfast. Room it self disgusting, only cleaned room once in the five days we were there, tgey did not change bed sheets and some of the towels they left were dirty.

Location was good and near Milan and Saravalle Scrivia

The rooms and breakfast was different from what its shown in pictures. Furnitures, toilets and towels were old and very used. Towels and bed sheets were clean. Staff was friendly

Overall you get what you pay for but it’s not a safe place to travel alone or have children with you

There was a cockroach in my room and I had to pay 30 bucks, just for someone to chill in my room for a short while. If you want to be in the city city, I would not recommend this place. I was also harassed multiple times by older men and also followed to my room. So I would also not recommend this place for traveling alone, even more if you’re a woman. The toilet had a leakage and the floor would be wet constantly and I had to dry it every time I got back to the hotel. Also the shower was broken, what led to more water on the floor. The staff was nice most of the times but were also ignorant at times. People who live in the area are very nice tho.

I do not know how they can keep this hotel open. Who is giving them the accept to function? The carpets are from 80' and smelling a lot, in the room eveeything is damaged. The door to the balcony is damaged, the tv is out of function...etc

Excellent quality/price ratio.

Great services and comfort, very good staff. The facilities are well, the hotel is well located not far from transport shops, etc... I recommend this hotel. Thanks for your welcome !

If the hotel cost one third of the price, my evaluation would be just a bit less strict.

Good red wine and black olives at the bar. Rather easy to get to the center by bus and metro.

The floor has not been cleaned for some weeks. Wifi works only at the reception area. Breakfast lacking quality and choice.

Very good

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Bus station was 5minutes walk away.

The flush system was a little complicated and it leaked a little bit of water from the knob.

got scammed

the location is literally in the middle of nowhere. very poor customer service and reception is filled with a bunch of liars. i wanted to cancel the reservation to get a refund so before that i talked to them multiple times and came down to an agreement that they will accept the refund request sent by Booking.com and within 2weeks i called them several times asking if they checked the refund request only answers i got from them was the manager is unavailable so i waited called them and talked to the guy on the phone he told me he’s encharge of everything. then he says “i never told you that we will get you a refund” this is what people call fraud
