Nice Hotel

We occupied room 109. The room was clean and larger than we expected. The WiFi was good. It is a short walk to the train station. There are two supermarkets just three block away. The receptionist spoke at least 5 languages. The hotel staff spoke Bulgarian, Arabic and German. Plenty of free (off street) parking. Be aware that if you are there during a hot day that there is no air conditioning.

The room suffered from neglect. The light in the entry did not work. One of the electrical sockets did not work. A piece of base molding had fallen off. A piece of the crown molding has detached. There is a stain running down the wall from a previous water leak. The toilet leaked, as a result there was a calk build up in the toilet. These are all minor issues and could easily be repaired.

Quaint, relaxing, clean

Super close to a little spa, very clean and spacious room. A little bit of a walk from the train station, this is definitely a more car friendly place, but still overall a wonderful experience.

If it's all that's on offer in your price bracket and all you need is to sleep for a few hours , then just maybe. No frills hotel

No reception present on arrival, very basic room. In desperate need of modernisation

Hotel with a potential and room for improvements

The room was clean and according to expectations.

At the time visiting this hotel, the main level with public areas was closed of and occupied as private space, i.e. breakfast area, living room/ lounge. Breakfast options were limited at the hotel, i.e. no buffet or designated area to eat.

It's easy to get to Frankfurt and the hotel is close to a grocery shop. The personnel is very helpful, the surroundings are nice :))

Bed was comfortable

No staff on site, no catering facilities open, had to telephone for the key safe code where only one of the 3 numbers was answered and that wasn't the one for the staff member supposedly on call.

If you want cheap, this is it. Do 't go for atmosphere or a good nights sleep

Close to the highway, very affordable. Supermarket at walking distance, friendly personell.

Ancient rooms, broken lights and furniture, stairwell smelling badly of cigarettes. Depressing location at industrial area with according noise early in the morning.

No star deserved

Location was good. Close to the town and nice and quiet.

After 21:00 the reception is all ready closed, when you have a question you first have to look for somebody because most of time hard to find. With check out they told me I had not paid yet bit I did. Even have to talk with owner on phone to explain. Clearly their administration is not quite up to date. Breakfast was not the best. We came half an hour before closing breakfast but it felt like left overs. 2 pieces of bread, coffee was not hot and the juices were certainly not fresh ones. Atmosphere overall was back to the eighties.

Quiet, clean and family friendly

Room was very comfortable and clean, super clean bathroom, very good shower, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

There was usually no one at the reception, but easily reachable through the phone.
