Receptionist was very polite and kind.
The food in the restaurant was very tasty and good portion.
It was good to have a bowling center, so the children can have fun
I like the decoration in many areas of the hotel, many chairs are from leather.
Close to Netto.
The personal in the restaurant was not kind.
The swimming pool is just for adults, not for children.

We have used Pejsegaarden many times. It is not a new hotel and it is not a 5 star hotel, but we knew that and our expectations were adjusted accordingly. Having said that we had a very nice stay. A nice clean and warm room, which definitely can compete with more expensive hotels. This combined with cosiness and friendliness made our stay a success. Very good breakfast and a very nice and cosy restaurant (Dillen). Reading other reviews of this hotel, some mention the need for maintenance and that the hotel is dated. These statements had no influence on our stay. We came in with a relaxed attitude and we really enjoyed our stay at Pejsegaarden.

The equipment in room is a bit old

Free parking.
Ordered a family room, but got a double room. The receptionist promised to extra beds, but had to remind them several hours later and before bedtime. When the two extra beds were in place there was almost no floor space left.
Breakfast was well below hotel-standard
Was charged 100DKK more than price on booking, when I leaved

The restaurant and bar. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
The broken window in the pool that wasn't boarded. Family room that was only a double with extra beds put in leaving no space. Dated throughout. Broken bowling alley and balls.

The hotel had a great feel. The staff are very friendly and speak great english. The food and service in the restauraunt were great. They even have a bowling ally! I didn't get a chance to use it but looked fun.
The property was quite spread out. The infrastructure is also quite chaotic.
Overall and especially the bathrooms are dated. Despite this the facilities are well kept.

A lot to see and do. Nice for party and staying one night afterwards.
Some parts needed maintenance. Bowling did not work well. Spare beds for the kids were not so good.
Annoying that people have to more or less slam the door to close it.
Breakfast was disappointing.
Little to choose from and running out of glasses, juice, coffee, plates etc. No fruit. Staff seemed too busy and always behind.

What a retro charming place! We both loved the old school familiar vibe, that reminded us of holidays growing up. It was a real treat to the senses and we wished that we had more time. It was great value for money, the rooms were clean and practical and the added benefit of the swimming pool was a huge bonus. A lot of places charge extra and have silly times available for families which always irritates me. The gaming arcade was a great trip down memory lane and the bowling alley is also a great experience to do with the kids. Sadly we did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant as it was a flying visit and quick overnight. We did however manage breakfast which was a simple affair but very tasty and served in a lovely atrium that was bright and airy and very well serviced. That was another thing we enjoyed, the friendliness of the staff, very refreshing. We have already decided to return in the Summer for a longer stay. Highly recommend, if you want a family-friendly easy stay that is great value for money.
Honestly there was nothing that we were unhappy with, and I am very fussy !

Big rooms.
Like for Danish people, there was sandwich materials at breakfast.
Trampolines large room for children and the electric car!
Swimming pool and sauna.
There is possible bowl.
For dinner possible to get also pufee menu.
For breakfast could be vegetables and fruit also. When you came Early to breakfast, there was cucumbers and tomatoes and green salat leads, but not much/ so you get those only if you came early.
Swimming pool could be warmer.
For dinner need to make reservation, as the the hotel was full, of course we stayed during thanksgiving..

the staffs are polite, the pool area is fun for kids.
well, the room has nothing that 4 stars hotel should have, no telephone, no hygiene product except one wall hanging shampoo, no refrigerator, coffee machine/electric kettle, the bed mattress is not the best either. what ever you ask for your room, they have but they will charge you for it. otherwise not worth the money.

I liked that they had a bowling alley and other activities. It was fun. The food was also in big portions and was a bit much for me but u feel you get value for money. There was also lots of parking space.
The electric charger was a very old type of charger and so the charging was super slow even though it was overnight, we didnt get even 40% charge. They should update it and make sure other cars don't park in the electric charger spots.

The toilet was not clean, and the garbage was empty.

Swimming pool and bowling. Should consider live music for guests in peak season. It would pay for itself as guests would drink in bar and not buy outside to consume in their rooms in
Bad bar service in the dining room and never knew when revolving bar might be open. It should open every night between 8 and 11 or 12 with a bell to ring for service and if busy a permanent bartender
5.0
The staff is very professional, friendly and really helpful in any situation.
The balcony and access to garden was perfect.
I guess due to corona the breakfast was not fully okay. Unfortunately the pool was not open due to bacteria.
