Szívesen megszálnánk itt újra :)

Nagyon kedves a személyzet. Hangulatos, kellemes szobákat kaptunk, mind a kettőben kényelmes kanapé és fotel is volt az ágyakon kívűl és sok élőnövény. A kis belső kert csendes és gyönyörűen gondozott, pihenésre, olvasásra, kártyázásra kiváló. Reggelit külön lehet kérni, szimpatikus, hogy nincs előre sokminden kitéve, részben étlapról lehet választani. A sarkon és a szomszéd utcában pékség és kávézók is vannak.

Great staff. Can't wait to return.

I loved almost everything about this hotel, especially the garden where I had breakfast, as well as the dedicated reading area on each floor. The staff, always friendly and helpful, sought to make the stay as pleasant as possible. In addition, I really enjoyed the garden, a great spot for relaxing and having breakfast. The hotel is in a location that is within walking distance of the old town centre and the main railway station. I took day trips to both Vienna and Devin Castle on the border with Austria, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed, and I got plenty of travel tips from the staff. Overall, I recommend the Arcus Garden without reservation.

The rooms don't have air conditioning but rather fans, which may bother some travellers. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to leave!

The garden is awesome

The staff is friendly, multilingual and competent. Location is great, 15min by foot to city center. Beautifull garden with a terrace behind rhe hotel. The rooms are big and clean. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable. Breakfast is very good from the menu.

No elevator, no air conditioning, noisy neighbourhood.. Pillow was too big and too soft. Parking garage was very tight, a larger SUV can not fit.

Looking forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Art Deco hotel with a lovely garden. Great traditional breakfast and really helpful staff who gave us great recommendations. Very good location near a park. Really good for families because of the garden and the location just 10 minutes from the center.

There was a heat wave in Bratislava and the fan thoughtfully provided to us was really noisy, so a silent one would have been better.

Relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel. Lots of houseplants, makes the place feel very homely. Garden is very spacious, lots seating. Staff were very friendly, gave me lots of places to see and exploring around Bratislava and Slovakia.

Great place with character

Breakfast in the garden, and the friendliness of those serving it. Quiet location.

The room cleaning was slightly sporadic - I used the provided tea in the first two days, but it was not replaced in the next five.

The staff were great and made me feel so at ease having been away on my own. Hugely helpful, giving advice about how and what to do. Basically, I was made to feel at home.

It didn't bother me that there were no English speaking channels on the TV available as I came to Slovakia to enjoy what was on offer but I can see how that may bother some people.

Wonderful Garden and Breakfast

Room and building were clean; provided a list of restaurant suggestions; small hotel with 13 rooms; room and bathroom are spacious; fun colorful tiles in bathroom; hot water and good pressure in the shower; has windows that open; has a garden space with tables and chairs - love the wooden swing bench; quiet at night even with the window open; floor standing fan to create moving air; outlets and nightstands on each side of bed; room has a small wooden table and 2 armchairs; breakfast is from 7-9 on weekdays and 7-9:30 on weekends; breakfast is part order and part buffet - you can order eggs, meats, porridge, pancakes and then you can choose from the buffet area fruits, sweet breads, yogurt, yogurt toppings, juices and water; the coffee was delicious as was the pancakes and porridge - real food made right in their kitchen; can sit inside or outside in the garden during breakfast; can hear birds singing; have antique furniture in the hallway; strong internet connection

Our room was on the ground floor; room is facing street not a garden view as I read in the description; no balcony - the description said there was one - our view is tall buildings and cars - from the outside I can see 2 rooms with balconies facing the garden and 1 room with a balcony facing the street; double bed is 2 single beds/mattresses pushed together; no flat sheet; pillows are large and very soft; when shower is on there is a loud noise like static heard in the bedroom - can be bothersome to other person in room; bathroom has small glass windows at top of wall so bathroom light goes into bedroom

Beautiful building with a nice garden in a good location (old town in walking distance). A delicious egg breakfast with good coffee. The staff was very friendly. Room (4) with a big sunny balcony. :o)

The only minus is the really tiny bathroom sinks.

A complete joy.

Beautiful atmosphere. Great staff - welcoming and helpful and then left you to enjoy the place. Always someone around if you needed anything though. Delightful hotel all round.
