Perfect option for cyclists, super staff, very nice hotel

Secure indoor bike storage. We're cycling the N2 and this is perfectly placed for smooth getaway. Good restaurant with local food and drink. Great staff, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff in a peaceful place.

Incredibly attentive staff. We are travelling with a baby and the staff preemptively helped us all the time without us even asking. They put us in a room at the end of the corridor so we wouldn’t disturb other guests, helped run food to my husband from the restaurant as he stayed in the room with the sleeping baby, and had a table ready for us at breakfast in a separate to the other guests. These actions just took all the stress out of our stay and shows how attentive the staff are to the customers and do things without it even needing to be asked. Thank you so much for the team to make it a hassle free stay.

Excellent one night stay on a road trip

Very good place to stop by. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good, free parking by the hotel building. Plenty of space for the car. Good restaurant. A Portuguese fish whose name I can't remember. In a restaurant, they will surely know when you say "typical Portuguese fish". I think it was some kind of cod. After the meal, we got a good tip for the nearby Chaves Termal Spa park. There is a bit like a bar desk where you can get mineral water from the tap straight from the ground. It is said to be healthy and also helps with digestion. The water was quite warm, almost hot. I recommend to visit and experience.

A perfect hotel, run to perfection by Miguel and his staff. Fabulous.

Such a wonderful hotel. The owner Miguel and all his staff went out of their way to make our group-stay the best it could be. The hotel is very clean and modern, in a good location. The rooms are excellent, and the dining room (breakfast and dinner) was outstanding. Thank-you so much Miguel for everything, your hotel is wonderful.
