Just the staff.
Everything. There is nothing like the description of the place. Besides the staff, everything was awful. The place is very dirty, smelly and old. All the furniture is broken, the walls are dirty and scratched, the bathroom is horrible ( dirty and mouldy) and there was dripping water under the sink , they provided us one towel ( family of 4), which, of course, we couldn’t use it. The door lock was broken, and my toddler open the door and run outside. It’s not safe. The “kids area” doesn’t exist. There is one puzzle mat with 2 small chairs next to the pool( that’s supposed to be the kids area), dusty and dirty. We ask for a different apartment but they had only 2 other available, which were even worse than the one we booked.

The location in very quiet area in front of a lake beautiful view of the pool and small beach with activities. The studio with 2 bedrooms is very big like an apartment with a kitchen and 3 toilets. Panoramic sea view windows and simple comfortable furniture.
Furniture needs little renovation. Other wise it is perfect.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Dragon hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Sayed from reception, he was delightful and eager to help. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting amwaj area and would definitely send a friend there.

the staff only
very noisy. no isolation between the rooms. you can hear your neighbour room clearly. everybody shouting without respecting other sleeping till dawn time. room was clean but very smelly coz they were smoking inside the rooms. a lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. I paid around $300 for one night and i was expecting something good. this one didn’t reached 30% of my expectations.
