Well located within a short walk of the gondola station. Lovely rooms with plenty of storage. Superb food and friendly staff. Great pool and spa area. Next door to Grizzly’s ski hire shop, who are also excellent.
Being charged for tap water at dinner.

The food was excellent and the junior suite was big enough for our family of 3.
The rooms and the hotel in general was really warm. Had to sleep with the balcony door open which wasnt ideal as the street was noisy.

Excellent location friendly helpful staff, clean modern rooms, excellent breakfast and dinner
Not a dislike as the pool was great, but it could do with being a degree or two warmer

The hotel is really great, the restaurant offers dishes of high standard. The staff was very friendly, the location is perfect, the sauna and pool area are very nice.
We would appreciate regular drinks air at least water included in the price for dinner.
The rooms are quite old, reconstruction is needed

Our initial room was very small for a family of four but once we'd been moved to a larger room, it was absolutely perfect for a family of four. The food was exceptional and our waiter, Milo, was absolutely brilliant. He knew exactly what we wanted, memorised our drinks and was always on hand to help.
We initially booked two family rooms - one was quite small (2nd floor), the other was fine (3rd floor). We paid the same for both rooms. Initially when we asked about room size and potential to change there was some reluctance on the hotel's part. We were told that it would cost more. I explained that I had booked both rooms and they had cost exactly the same so we were simply asking for the two rooms to be the same size, at which point the hotel was very accommodating and we got a fantastic room - so all good in the end.

all excellent

Hotel inside was neat and well organized, while outside (including spaces centimeters behind the window was purely maintained (rests of cigarettes etc.)
Location in walking distance from main ski lift cabin. A bit noisy area with heavy traffic on the contrary but you need to make your choice- either quiet or centre.
I do not like surprises, especially when it comes to costs. Parking inside the hotel is extra 10 Eur a day. Free hotel parking (no surveillance as far as I have is some 100- 200 meters walking across the street with quite heavy traffic).
Ski box is charged extra too.

The staff was very nice and the service was good. Especially the kitchen workers..
1- the pool was cold. 2- i dont understand why the hotel charges his guests for water from the tap in dinner. Its very annoying to pay 4 euros for water from the tap when you don't have alternative. 3- i dont know why, in our 3rd day we left the sign for cleaning our room, for new towels and all that, and no one did something about it. Maybe they forgot us, but this is not ok for me...

Food was very good. Spa and sauna area was new and nice. The rooms were clean. Location was good and next to ski lifts!
The breakfast should start at least 30 min earlier, 7.00 am. It started 7.30 and it was a rush every morning if You want to ski on good tracks, because ski lift opens 8.30.
Also, we had mountain view, but 3 mornings in a row around 5.45 am! the snow plow truck (even if there was no new snow) came to clean parking lot next to windows and it was so noisy that couldn’t sleep.
The beds should have had 1 big mattresse instead of 2, isn’t comfy for couples.

Food at the restaurant was perfect. Staff extremely friendly in the restaurant and in the lobby bar. Saunas clean and many of them. Room also perfectly clean. Superb! Special thanks to Jana, Lubos and Dragan- the staff that made our stay especially pleasant:)

Large and newly decorated rooms (separate room for the kids) and even though the hotel is next to the road and river, there is no noise from outside in the rooms. Staff is friendly (especially Tünde), and the buffet in the morning and evening is extensive and delicious. Location is perfect for hiking, with hikes starting in town and up the mountains (lifts are a few minutes from the hotel).
A small point of feedback: an additional pillow in the room would have been nice
