Für den Preis besseres erwartet!

Die verschiedenen Saunen + Aufgussritual sind sehr schön, das Frühstücksbuffett war super, nettes Personal.

Die Dusche im Zimmer war die Katastrophe, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Matratze zu weich, kein Bergblick wie angekündigt.

Frühstück war perfekt Das Personal war super freundlich

Das Zimmer war nach Umbau Erstbezug War deshalb nicht sauber - der Staub war die ersten beiden Tage überall …leider.

Vraiment un très bon hôtel.

Un service impeccable et la gentillesse du personnel. En particulier Ionut au restaurant et Christof le barman, ainsi que les chauffeurs de la navette qui nous amène aux remontées mécaniques. Inclu en mi-pension un goûter buffet délicieux dans l’après-midi, ce qui est très appréciable en rentrant du ski.

La qualité de services et la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier Ionut au restaurant et Christof le barman. Le goûter après midi, inclus en mi-pension, est très apprécié en rentrant après avoir skié. Tout était parfait ! Un hôtel bien tenu par une famille très professionnelle.

Stayed one night

Beautiful large room. Very luxurious. Enjoyed the views. Clean and comfortable. No aircon but room stayed cool. Loved the spa and pool facilities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly especially the reception staff. Loved the Prosecco on arrival. Dinner and breakfast were yummy. We wished we booked longer here.

Hair dryer did not work in our room.

wonderful food, wonderful staff, wonderful stay!

beautiful room and great location. the food was exceptional and the staff were truly wonderful. the fitness and spa facilities were great too.

I would have appreciated tea & coffee making facilities in the room, but the bar staff were more than willing to make tea/coffee when it was needed. it was just inconvenient to go to the bar at times.

Beautiful lodgings and spa/pool area

Our room was beautiful - from the entry way to the bathroom to the main room to the balcony and view. We really enjoyed the spa and pool as well, they were beautifully maintained and had a wide variety of options. The breakfast was also wonderful, with an incredibly wide variety of options. We also really appreciated the van that runs from the hotel to base area - it was convenient and we didn't have to wait in line at all.
