The situation is perfect and close to most beautiful buildings and sites. Our room was classy, big and with a delightful street view. The people at the hotel were really helpful and nice. The breakfastroom, though, can be improved - it was difficult to move about between tables and chairs.
The building is old - and some of the fixtures were tired e.g. some lamps in the bathroom.

Small Hotel in a good location with great staff. They always make us feel at home.

although they have a garage and garage booking is confirmed, guests with car are almost forced, to park the car at another location

Location.
View from our room, old furniture, the noise of airconditioning (also during the night), poor breakfast (no bread, dirty plates).

Staff were all excellent - especially the reception desk, but all others as well, including in the attached restaurant. ON the ball, helpful, polite, evidently well trained / managed
Public spaces were ample, comfortable and with appropriate art (notably the wooden Donatello horse)
Breakfasts were varied, excellent and with a welcome offer of personally espressed coffee as alternative to the pish button machines.
I cant think of anything

The hotel's location is excellent. The Basilica of San Antonio is a few steps away and it is beautiful. The breakfast is buffett and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely go back.

The bedroom was clean but a little shabby

Location was great in city center. The two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and called taxis for us.
Our rooms were view rooms. (However, the first night one of the rooms the lady gave us was a standard room. After the gentleman at the front desk discovered the mistake he changed the room but they did not adjust what we paid) What we did not know was that the rooms were located right above the restaurant. It did not get quiet until about 11PM. It was impossible to sleep before then. The air conditioner was set too high so it was hot and opening the window just allowed the noise to come in.
If we went down for breakfast at 7 AM, the breakfast was good. The morning we went down later, the coffee machine was empty and the food was mostly all gone. Guests were quite aggravated. We alerted the front desk, but they were not able to remedy the situation. Since they did not replenish the items, we left and went across the street to eat even though we had paid for the breakfast. Other guests did the same. There was only one person to manage the entire breakfast room.
It appeared that the restaurant was part of the hotel. We went there a number of times for drinks or dinner. One time we ended up leaving because they ignored us and did not seat us. The young women that were servers were very rude to us. We have traveled extensively and have never encountered such ill treatment anywhere.

Location is great both for traveling padoua and for using Padua as a hub for other trips. Room is spacious and clean.
Room is a bit old, which affects the smell and comfort. No curtain in the bath. Breakfast was OK, but not great.

Staff were exceptionally friendly; room was extremely comfortable with terrific view of the Santo!
The breakfast was also outstanding and the location was just what I wanted - very close to some of the major Trecento art monuments and not far from others.
Found someone else's hair in the bathroom - so maybe cleaning could have been more thorough.

Location is good. Staff is very nice.
Honestly, it’s sold as a Four-star, but it’s more like a one-star hotel. Extremely old, uncomfortable furniture, poor lighting, etc. In order to reach the room one needs to walk through the laundry area.

I had some problems with internet connectivity.

Great hotel in a fab location. We had a relaxing time. The view, the staff.
A room cleanliness can be improved with vacuuming, may be every second day.
