Staff were brilliant couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was amazing đź‘Ź. It was spotlessly clean. I will definitely be back.
Leaving.

The hotel is near to the town centre and easy to find. It is one of the few very modern buildings in the town. Although billed as a 'budget' room, the room was actually fairly large and the bathroom had a bath and shower combined.
It was rather on the pricey side. Although comparible with similar places on the island. The room looked out onto an industrial estate. (Not lakes and mountains!). The room was serviced daily and the packets of biscuits were a nice touch.

Cleanliness and comfort
Sky-light room and "standard" coffee satchets

Spotless bathroom and bedroom

Location
Bar- or what they called a bar in the main restaurant which seemed buffet style - I did not eat in it apart from breakfast - breakfast was good food and good service

Bike store and generally very helpful managing my bike
Poor value for money. The first room I was put in had no window- at £116 per night. Second room was “superior” but actually nothing special, and noisy overnight causing lack of sleep. Poor service in the dining room.

Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel location and the dedicated on-site parking are good features.
Room and hotel in general is very tired. The beds are the worst I have ever slept on....and I travel a lot for work. breakfast had a decent choice...I never had dinner at the hotel. Fan in the toilet was very, very noisy and I was conscious of the neighbouring room as I'm sure it could be heard.

Convenient hotel with all we needed. Very clean and comfortable couple of nights with a great restaurant. Great location to explore the island.

Staff were friendly. Excellant breakfast and Carvery which is on menu every day. Not very taken as an older person with the rest of dinner menu, great for younger people but not for us at 70 and 80 years.
Hotel was comfortable, waiters and waitresses were busy but friendly, Leanne was lovley. Very central location. We took our car over so managed to do a great many miles. Must visit is Luskentyre Beach, most beautifel beach I have ever seen.
No information in room or readily available about hotel. For instance went out one night came back at 11-10 pm to find we were locked out. Took some time phoning hotel to get in, if we hadn't had a phone no idea how we would have got their attention. Wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to know . Disappointed to be unable to get a sandwich at 2-30 on a Sunday given that there is nothing much open on island on a Sunday. Was offered a club snadwich at ÂŁ13 but a bit much x 2 for a snack. As older people we cannot eat 2 full meals per day.

Room was good - Breakfast was really good buffet.
We had quite a bit of road noice.

The location and easy parking were perfect.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, a real asset for the hotel
I had booked a superior room but I didn't feel the room was all that superior. It was smaller than I expected with a couple of housekeeping issues I have mentioned to the reception staff
The hotel seems to mainly cater for large coach parties and so the dining is buffet style and reflects that. We chose not to eat there other than for breakfast

The hotel was at a good location and the hotel staff was friendly.
I booked a single room at the hotel and I was shocked, as I stepped into my accomodation. My room did not have a window! There was only a dirty skylight in the ceiling with no sunlight coming through. I feld claustrophobic in that room. I could only switch the room from the second night on, but I was so happy I could switch at all!

Friendly reception staff that couldn't do enough to help us. Room was clean and well furnished. It was great for a single night.
Floor boards squeaky and you could hear all the comings and goings from people in neighbor rooms.
