Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

A 5 mn à pied de la gare et du tram. Un quartier calme. Le +, un restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Un personnel très sympathique.

Le meilleur hébergement que j'ai eu à Saint-Etienne depuis quinze ans.

Le fait que cela corresponde en tout point à mon attente, le parking gratuit, le petit déjeuner idéal, la situation.

Rien, si je retourne à Saint-Etienne c'est là que je reviendrai.

Never again Kyriad.

The room was quite acceptable and the secure parking was a bonus.

The restaurant was badly managed. The first four items we selected from the printed dinner menu were not available. I eventually ordered moules frites. The mussels were inedible, as tough as old boots!

Exceptional

Convenient on site parking lot, breakfast on offer, good sized rooms setup for remote work with convening features. The family room for 4 was very nice. including some treats as extras. A room with 2 twins also fair sized, comfortable, same amenities.

Would have been great to have a mini-refrigerator, but otherwise everything we wanted. A bit far from things to visit so made use of the car.

bed was ok, shower was ok, breakfast was ok

i ordered the special at dinner because two things from la carte were not available. I asked my meat medium rare and it arrived after 45 min… more than well done. I didn’t eat it, sent it back and found it on the bill the day after. when i asked the reception told me it was charged and they could not delete it from the bill. the hotel is close to the station but that’s the only good thing I believe.

Breakfast was good and the location is also very nice. Close to the city center.

Door lock closed before it was in its place thus causing that the door stayed open. First time when I used it I did not noticed it so my room stayed open while I was away. Although it did not looked unclean Bathroom had funny smell.

functional but not at all enjoyable

The beds were comfortable - a little small side. The staff friendly and the secure underground free parking was very useful (tho dirty)

We didn’t like anything about the property - it felt old and sad and the location was ugly and unwelcoming right on the main road next to a bit of old waste ground. The hotel felt very unloved and the rooms were tiny and felt grubby mostly because everything seemed old. the curtains didn’t even reach the floor (they stopped just under the window) so light came in. we couldn’t wait to check out - probably the earliest we’ve ever left a hotel if we didn’t have a flight to catch. It was only a 20 min walk to town but not a pretty walk along the main road. the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. the secure underground parking was good tho dirty.

Maybe we were just unlucky.

The breakfast was good. The staff friendly. The room was clean.

The lift was broken - we stayed on the 4th floor. We were first given a room which had been used by smookers. We got it changed. The restaurant was not open when we arived at 20.00 sunday evening.

The rooms were perfect, very clean, a bit small maybe but it had all you needed (kettle with coffee/tea, hairdrier) and the beds were very comfortable with good linen. The staff was very friendly and helpful There is a closed free parking under the hotel which is perfect

It is quite far from the center (30 minutes walk).

Location a bit isolated and there is not much around but close to the train station. The garage door didn't work for us but at least it exists as an option.

Centre by car easy accessable.

Walking distance to centre about 20 min's. Location of the hotel is not a really exiting. No restaurants or café's except at the hotel itself.
