Fantastic hotel

Staff were excellent always going above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent. Bathrooms are out of this world

really nice and relaxing stay

The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and one kid. The location was ok, close to the train station and the beach. Nice little swimming pool.

I think in this kind of hotel the cappuccino should have been made properly and not with a automatic coffee machine.

rooms were clean and very comfortable, staff very helpful, pool very clean and dinner, service and food excellent. great location , this is not the first time I’ve stayed there and the hotel has improved significantly. I’ll be back.

Staff were very kind helpful and polite at all times. Room was comfortable, had everything one needed, kettle,tea and coffee was supplied, room cleaned daily, breakfast good. We aet a few times at the hotel restaurant even on Christmas day. It was first class. Location is amazing.

At the center of the town. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking in the hotel. We had a small terrasse just for us (room 308). Confortable bed.

Not easy to access parking anytime (need to ask for someone to go with us). Very small room.

Everything with this stay was perfect and all of us five loved it.

The breakfast was superb! My kids never eat breakfast but during this stay they sure did! Everything was fresh and staff so good. Helpful staff in reception and restaurang/bar, loved the pool and bar, we will def come back such a quiet place but near to everything.

If we are back to this aria, we will choose that hotel again.

It was a perfect choice for a family with children. Children had a separate bedroom with 2 beds. Very clean. Bathroom is well equipped and there are a lot of towels. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Traditional Chiavari hotel in the city center

Breakfast was good and also the rest of facilitites are well maintained. The room was quite, also you can hear some noises from neighbour rooms

Staff closes swimming pool quite early. We didn't have a chance to use it, but honestly it was too cold anyway for a pool

We stayed in a Delux room which was comfortable. The hotel has a very nice terrace for drinks or dinner and nice pool area. Its in a good location as the town centre is where all the buzz is.

The hotel has its charme and is Mickey located

The tv didn’t work No channels , you expect that for 260 a night you get at least a discount for the big disconfort but not only was not reported in the morning but they charged me the water as well. Big no no for a 4 stars hotel

Disappointing

1. The room was next to the terrace and at midnight the staff was moving extremely loud the tables 2. at check in, the room was not clean. We found an used mask and a shoes of a baby. 3. I found a small hair in the fruits at breakfast 4. The value per night is not according to a 4 stars hotel 5. Elevator was coming extremely slow

best location, attentive staff

We stay here most years - the staff are great and the location is the best - right in the heart of the old town. The pool and restaurant are excellent, breakfast is OK but limited but overall we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chiavari

Our only issue is always the soundproofing of the walls - noisy neighbours do occasionally disturb us

Mediocre, attitude of staff not inviting you to repeat to visit the prperty.

Reception steff could be more professional and tide. Some of them looks like just woke up. some very proactive but with desperate need of training...too young and too in a hurry..! :)
