The location was stunning, there was fabulous walks around the property. The property had lovely facilities. The food was outstanding. A very enjoyable stay, can’t wait to book it again!
It was all lovely, no faults.

Location stunning. Great facilities. Our room overlooked the sea. Gorgeous! Try to see the bird of prey talk if he's around. Very interesting! Didn't get the chance to do the free murder mystery but saw some of the clues, looked fun! Meals good, staff helpful. Would return! Also went to Sneem, lovely village, recommend D O'Sheas pub and restaurant for food and atmosphere.
Only thing i can fault was that the Pancakes at breakfast were a tad stodgy. Otherwise all perfect. Not much to complain about :))

Absolutely stunning location, facilities, staff, service, food
One small thing.. felt should be access directly from spa/leisure facilities to the pier/sea/vitality pool

Amazing hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We went there to celebrate our engagement, and they gave us a free upgrade and a glass of prosecco on arrival. The outdoor hottub is lovely too.

The location is stunning and we really enjoyed exploring the grounds.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the toilet flush in our room due to the button getting stuck. We managed to figure out a way of dealing with it but not ideal.

Pretty much all of the parknasilla experience, as we are annual visitors here for the last 17 yrs, the 500 acres of grounds and magnificent walks and trails are another world.
Small thing really , would have liked the salt eater pool to be a little warm , it was at 22 degrees .and the second jacuzzi required repair , there was a bit of a queue forming .

Just a lovely place. Friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, comfortable rooms, lovely spa. The hot tub overlooking the sea was divine.
This a very family friendly hotel. It didn't bother me per say but it wouldn't be the quietest place, if that's what you're looking for.

The breakfast wasn't great. I got scrambled eggs and smoked salmon the first morning which was nice, but the second morning I had the American style pancakes, and they were so hard that they were inedible. I couldn't even cut through the pancakes with my knife they were so hard. When you're paying 23 euro per person for a breakfast, it definitely wasn't worth it.
Also, I was told I would have a room with a mountain view but there was no mountain view at all.

Very overpriced for what it is. Fabolous walks around the resort but the hotel itself was a let down. Bed not that comfy and old flat pillows. Staff were friendly, foods was average, deserts poor..
Size wise is more house/hotel rather than a hotel. Could badly do with an overhaul, I'm sure it once was a great hotel but not at par with other hotels charging similar prices.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was extremely clean
The outdoor hot tub and steam room were closed when we visited the pool (I'm not sure if this was short term but disappointing)
In my opinion the food & drinks were over priced
