A perfect place to stay in a beautiful city!

Perfect location! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast as well. Great value for money.

Good central hotel with car park close by and a good breakfast as well as very helpful reception manager. Just a shame a

Music in the square. Noise early hours and then more noise from 7am as stage and seating being set up for Bastille day. However, we understand this was not the fault of the hotel but maybe they could consider more soundproofing on the windows.

Excellent value, location and very helpful staff.

The hotel is situated right in the square and is ideally situated for all the sights. The breakfast was a typical French breakfast with unlimited coffee and only 8 euros which is the cost of one coffee !. I would definitely stay again.

Great value for money, excelent location.

Excellent location in the city center, close to restaurants, on a road with restricted access, allowing taxis, Therefore is a quiet place. Very good value for money. It is rated as 2 stars but surely it is more like 3. The staff was cordial and very helpful. The hotel has a lift, it is clean, and has a decent breakfast for the price.

Clean, easy to find and a great location, really enjoyed staying here and thank you to everyone

The room was at the back of the hotel as we wanted somewhere quiet. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bonus was the air conditioning as this meant we could sleep. The city is vibrant and everyone we met was helpful. We did not have breakfast as we wanted to try the local cafes which was really nice as we had some fantastic petit de’jeuner. The hotel was convenient for us to explore the city and see the delights the Pau has to offer. Thank you

Great location but due to the difficulty gaining access to the hotel by road i wouldn't stay again.

Great location

While the hotel was in a great location it was absolutely horrendous to get to. At every turn the roads leading to the square were either blocked or no entry. After eventually arriving at the hotel and speaking to the person on reception they informed me the local authority closes a lot of the roads leading into the square in July and August which left us with one small side street open to reach the underground car park. Other than that i found the rooms very tired and dated although they were clean.

Great value, would stay again

I stayed for five days. The breakfast was from 7:00 to 10:00. Typical continental breakfast. The hotel is located in the very centre of the city. Aircondition in the room. The staff were friendly, and nothing was missing. I had a great stay.

The hotel is in a great position for the city center. Bed was confortable. In general everything was correct and clean.

The room was correct but in general the hotel needs complete refurbishement. If the windows were repaired they might block out the noise better. Not enough towels. No drink making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast selection was poor with cheap options - no fresh fruit or fresh juice.

Very good location, comfortable bed, clean room.

Breakfast was not good. For 8 euros pp, I suggest you go to the Boulangerie around the corner. The outside of the building is not at all attractive. It looks like a “dive”hotel. The arrival is not easy. You have to park in Parking Clemenceau. Take elevator to ground level and walk 200 meters to the hotel. GPS was not helpful.

perfect for a business stay

the location is amazing, in the city centre of Pau, 1 minute walking from one of the main square. You have a public parking very near (you have to pay). Very very helpful staff, nice breakfast and comfortable room. I will be back!
