Проживанням у Вашому готелі задоволена!)

В загальному номер сподобався, затишний, достатньо місця і меблів. Досить зручне ліжко.

Ввечері не помітила, а зранку при денному світлі побачила пилюку на меблях, при чому на всіх. Для мене це не критично, витерла сама.

Готель дуже сподобався ! Однозначно виберу його знову!

Готель дуже чудовий! Привітний та ввічливий персонал. Чисті, свіжі, затишні та гарно укомплектовані номери. Особлива подяка повару та працівникам кафе. Дуже смачні і різноманітні страви. Готель дійсно відповідає - ціна та якість.

Якщо більше ніде то можна залишитися тут.

Є гаряча вода, ліфт, маленький морозильник

Немає кондиціонера, а на фото є.. Вводить в оману якщо поспішаєш та швидко обираєш номер

Нічого

Зателефонували один раз для підтвердження, не підняв слухавку, пробував перетелефонувати, вже вони не відповідали, відмінили бронювання без нашого відома

Загалом готель з хорошим за свою достатньо невисоку вартість

Персонал привітний, готель не новий, але номери чисті.

Мінус - одномісні номери виходять на шумний проспект (при бронюванні вибору немає, вказано - вікна на вулицю).

Good hotel with some nuanses, awesome cafeteria

The cafeteria was great, the price is great, working 24/7 which is perfect, hot water in the shower (it's important), great staff, liked it.

Bad sound isolation, was not cold just because of spring (cheap window), old shower, awful places for sockets

Good value for money

It was safe (compared to our apartment), warm, comfortable bed, big fridge in one of our rooms. Good location near the exhibition. Big room with a separate kitchenette (fridge, table, small kind of sofa).

Dated furniture but comfortable.

everything was wonderful, access to metro very near, laboratories for covid test for travel very near, super markets near, staff helpful specially Alexandra, so helpful and smiley and english speaking

Value for money

I really like Alexandra, a receptionist who is the only one of the staff I met who speaks English fluently, charismatic, confident and with a smile on her face, I pray that the administration could offer her full time work as receptionist. I really like the cleaning in the hotel , these cleaning ladies work very hard to get this hotel very clean and tidy.

Except for Alexandra, the staff don't speak English, few are blunt with expressionless faces. The picture of old TV. Is blurred and fuzzy, the bed was squeaking and made noise once you move. For 2 times handy man came to fix but no vain.

I really like the cleaning staff who has made the hotel very clean and tidy. Actually Alexandra is the only receptionist who speaks fluent English, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offer very delicious food at a cheap price. Svetlana who works in the restaurant is very helpful, nice and friendly. Also I like following the regulations about safety and health hyigene regarding Covid19.

The bed was not comfortable and the Tv. picture was blurred. The internet got a hit and miss. I complained twice and the handy man tried but nothing has changed.

Kyiv has many hard to find specialties.

I very much like the location. I also like the appearance at nighttime under the streets lights. Bus 12 is also helpful.

I left and forgot a baggage at this hotel. I hope maybe to visit again.

Okay for 1 night, but not so good without Wi-Fi or even a simple breakfast

The room was okay for an overnight stay: clean and warm. Shower and toilet were tiny, but clean and located close to the room (shared facilities). My window looked on the busy road, however, I did not hear much noise.

The hotel was supposed to have Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it was not available in my room. This made the value for money not so great: I paid close to 600 UAH for one night, breakfast was not included. Overall, if you are not in a rush to book something, or flexible to look for a place farther from Holosiivska metro station, take your time and check other options.
