Quick stay, great location, clean and spacious room.

I liked the location and the restaurants near the location.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was way too hard, like sleeping on the floor.

Location

The receptionist was not up to par with the administration and reservations.. was insisting on paying extra to go to different room(before that she said they have no rooms anymore, while there were still empty rooms🙄), while we have paid for what we have reserved.. then found out she made a mistake.. during checkout asking for cash instead of the hold on the credit card..

Great place near Bergamo

Great location. Restaurant and bar nearby, also big shopping center, if you need anything. Reception lady was extremely friendly and helpful, she made us feel very welcome from the minut we arrived. Rooms were good, looked recently renovated, all amenities needed were present.

Audibility is quite good. If people speak in the other room, you could hear

Totally recommended, excellent attention from the staff. When we first arrived at the train station, I didn't know there were no taxis, so I called the hotel and they sent me a taxi immediately. It is very clean and nice.

Reasonable Hotel

Very nice welcome at the reception. The room is OK in regards to the price. The Italian style breakfast is good, many variations of various food are available.

The hotel and the rooms are a bit old style - nevertheless in regards to the price all in all reasonable. I would love to bet a better coffee in the morning...

Your experience totally depends on the other guests. Rooms are not sound proof.

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet (if only the guests were quiet too) and VERY clean. The staff is nice and kind.

The hotel is dated, the rooms are really small and DEFINITELY NOT sound proof. I had the unfortunate experience of spending one night at this hotel while it was visited by a group of kids (a school trip?) with a few totally irresponsible adults not taking care of them and it was impossible to sleep until everyone went to bed… The bed is quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is comparable to a Holiday Inn Express. And not one of the best ones.

.Relatively clean, good service from the Staff.

Breakfast was basic, rooms haven't changed in more than 5 years; WIFI not so good, could not get emails that usually are no issue elsewhere. Hotel is out of the way, need a car to go anywhere. Due to the Furniture Fair this week, prices a little steep for the accomodations.
