Convenient. Accommodated family of 5 with 2 rooms- king, queen plus single. Very nice views. Beautiful roof top terrace.
Better shampoo/conditioner/body wash

Great central location and easy to find. Really clean and simple check in on the spot. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating.

The staff were really friendly and the facilities were better than what we expected. Location was very convenient given the proximity to the station. Good value for money.
If I had to be pedantic I’d say that the breakfast wasn’t fantastic.

fantastic location, Castiglion Fiorentino is a great base in Tuscany, central to every thing.
clean comfortable and good breakfast.
we stayed at a busy time, it’s not as well insulated for noise but overall still very comfortable

The small village has a lot to offer: history and great restaurants! Supermarket just a 5 minutes away. Staff in the hotel is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean.

Large and comfortable room, super convenient bathroom. Nice breakfast!

This property was really a good property to stay at getting off the busy autobah. I am glad we stayed there. When we checked in the front desk persons really made us feel at home.
The only thing i did not like was that the pool was a bit smaller than a I imagined, but no complaints there. It was good enough the kids had fun so all is okay.

The rooms are very clean, compliments for the cleaning lady. Swimming pool and terrace are nice with a view over Tuscany.
The first night our air conditioning broke, and started leaking a lot of water all over the floor. It would be nice if they offered us a other room for the night, instead they gave us some extra towels for the leaking water. They told us we will fix it in the morning (I guess that’s Italian Hospitality for you) The temperatures were very high during our visit (40 degrees during the day and 30 degrees in the night). They fixed it the next day, hooray!
The younger boy and girl at the front desk were friendly, except for the older lady that told us we need to wear swimming caps for the swimming pool. (We were the only ones that wore a swimming cap while swimming, the other guests didn’t wear one. They also don’t provide the swimming caps but send you to a Chinese Store to buy one.)
At the entrance of the hotel there are some Italian dudes smoking cigarettes, that work for the hotel? They don’t greet, only speak Italian with Italians. I guess that’s also Italian hospitality?
The wi-fi is bad, very slow connection and most of the times it doesn’t work.

Breakfast was really good.

Staff was very nice, the swimming pool on the top. The location.
3.5
The room was spacious, the AC was great, the fact that there was a pool was absolutely necessary during the heatwave (38-40 C), and the shower was nice and had good water pressure! It was a decent base for exploring the area, but would next time either stay closer to Arezzo or travel further down.
Parking is available, but not guaranteed. There's two areas in front of the hotel, of which one has cameras and was usually full. There's an area just across the street that is fine though. There's a lovely man that will help with where there is space.
The beds are really hard and pillows super flat.
We were here during the vintage festival. This attracted om big group of Italians, who took over the whole terrace and outside space, reserving all beds, chairs and basically the whole pool by being loud, smoking, drinking and standing so close next to you that covid distances were not maintained, and all you wanted to do was leave. The hotel did nothing about this.
Big issue - our room had ants. Initially we thought it was a few, but then when we packed our bags it turned out that they were crawling under our suitcases. When I told the hotel reception it was treated with a simple "okay". So I'm not sure if this is known /normal.

The hotel was good, although we had some trouble with the shower and they gave us another room just to shower (a little odd I would say?) but in the next day they fixed, so points for the a agility. In general I would recommend this place, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent.

Easy parking
The rooms were compact and not conducive to relaxing. The hotel was a little way out of the town.

Hotel is really nice and it has a modern style you can see it's been recently renewed.
Staff is very friendly and gentle even during rush hours.
There is a nice little pool on the rooftop where you can hang on at no additional price. Breakfast is good and they provide plenty of food for the guests untill closing. Room is spacious and bathroom is fancy and beautiful. It's a pleasurable stay next to all commodities in a little Tuscany town with a spectacular old historic centre.
Unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable and the large double bed was made out of two single beds put together.
Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.
It was a real pity because besides that it's been a very good stay.
