Gutes Frühstück, Wurst könnte qualitativ etwas hochwertiger sein. Bei spätem Frühstück Eier und Kaffee nur noch lauwarm. Kaffeeautomat wurde vermisst.

good breakfast, rooms austere but practical. Friendly staff, good restaurant and receptive to the needs of the festival audience. Handy for the town centre and affordable.
Room was very bare but spacious enough

Grelt breakfast - table was even reserved for us. If you want to eat dinner in the restaurant, it might be a good idea to reserve a table in advance. It’s quite popular. There are a lot of very good restaurants in the neighborhood, if you miss it.

Fairytale looking hotel exterior. Friendly reception staff. Superb restaurant and with great staff. Two complimentary water drinks provided each day.
A lot of stairs and no lift. Breakfast layout confusing. Many choices, but placed in odd places.

Breakfast was excellent.
Very poor service at dinner time in the restaurant. From placing the order to receiving the meal took 40 mins. With no explanation or reasons given.
Reception. The receptionist who was on duty on the morning of June 9th needs to be advised that customers take priority over personal phone calls.

The hotel is very close to all the main attractions around the old town centre. It also has a great restaurant with some of the best German meals I’ve tasted on my travels.
Nothing in particular.

Room was very clean and beds were really comfortable. Very good location for visiting the city, a short nice walk to the city center.
Breakfast was bio-excellent.
The bathroom was a bit oppressive.
Parking was full and we had to park outside in the street... was a Saturday-Sunday night, so was ok because Sunday is free of charge, but otherwise we would have problems (max time street parking was 2h)
