Una vacaciones que nunca olvidaré

El hotel está muy bien, el personal es estupendo. Un gracias enorme es para Yolanda (camarera) que fue estupenda con nosotros. Jamás la olvidaré. Gracias a Marta de recepción por preocupares costantemente de nosotros. Y un gracias a todos los trabajadores que dejaban todos los días la piscina muy limpia Fue una vacaciones estupenda.

El servicio de limpieza. En una semana me limpiaron la habitación solo dos veces.la primera vez que me limpiaron la habitación tenía una sábana sucia y me la dejaron así. El día antes de irnos me quejé por la limpieza y ahí sí que fueron a limpiarla y me cambiaron la sábana sucia. Sinceramente es una pena porque el hotel,todo los servicio y el personal están muy bien

Will definitely be back

Spotlessly clean. Loved that our accommodation was facing the pool and yet we had our own private area outside the door. Staff very friendly.

The hot dishes were never hot - lukewarm only. Only realised there was a microwave the day before we left. Waitresses were very friendly but very noisy when collecting dishes etc.

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención del personal del hotel, tanto camareros en el servicio de desayuno y cena como el personal de recepción un trato excelente. El buffet del desayuno completo y el buffet de las cenas sin mucha variedad pero todo bastante rico.

Qué no tenga aire acondicionado la planta baja del bungalow

Ottimi servizi, ottima pulizia, ottima posizione, cibo scarso

Camera su due piani comoda con angolo cottura completo di tostapane, macchina del caffè, bollitore e microonde. Letto grande e comodo. Piscina grande e piscina piccola per bimbi. In generale curato e pulito.

Premetto che il servizio ristorazione non era incluso nel pacchetto da noi scelto quindi abbiamo pagato a parte una colazione e una cena che non ci hanno però soddisfatti molto. C'era un buon profumo in generale che però non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Colazione dolce scarsa e cena a buffet con tutti i sapori uguali

Relajación y desconexión

El tipo de apartamento y su ubicación en Maspalomas

Sugerencia : faltaria en los apartamentos un horno y una tostadora, y sábanas más completas, eran pequeñas para la cama. La cena del restaurante., buffet escaso y baja calidad. La piscina no estaba climatizada como dice el anuncio.

Фото не відповідають дійсності (насправді, все дуже старе, самі номери темні: маленькі вікна в кімнаті з ліжком) Дуже неприємний запах. Вода в душі швидко стає холодною

One week booking in January

Poolområdet var lækkert og rent. Lejligheden var pæn og stor nok til 3. Der var tallerkener og gryder osv så man kunne lave sig et måltid mad. De ansatte i receptionen var virkelig flinke. Der var frisk juice til morgenmaden. Vi fik lov til at tjekke ind tidligere da værelset alligevel var blevet gjort rent.

Morgenmaden kunne være meget bedre. Æggene var enten over cooked eller under cooked. Bacon var kun opvarmet i en plade i ovnen. Hvem gider spise fedtet slatten bacon? Tallerkener var beskidte og de små pakker med marmelade og honning fedtet og beskidt. Vi havde kun morgenmad med på vores booking så kan ikke snakke om de andre måltider.

many small ants in kitchen and in bedroom, crazy for your food¯\_(ツ)_/¯, only one cockroach:D we were missing microwave, reception took care of it so we got one quickly

Quiet accommodation with excellent staff

This was a lovely place to stay for a quieter holiday, but was within easy reach (20-30 minutes walk) of all amenities of the main resort. You could easily reach the Yumbo Centre (if that's your thing) within about 25 minutes and the Dunes at Maspalomas in about 30 minutes. There was no over commercialised resort noise at night, which resulted in a good night's sleep. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were cleaned 5 times during our 8 night stay and each time towels were changed. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice - hot and cold food - which was self service. Pool and terraces were clean and well maintained.

The complex is a little tired and is in need of a little TLC, however the best is made of what is available. If you want luxury, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for excellent value for money with staff who work exceptionally hard then you've found it.

Perfect for a family vacation.

We’ve stayed at this resort several times. It’s very good for the price, very good and friendly housekeeping doing a very good job keeping the bungalow tidy. The color scheme in the bungalow is getting a little bit dated and the outside furniture needs an update. The beds are good and the bathroom adequate. I’ve complained about the lack of a working space before and it’s still a complaint. In the reception we still love Inger, our Norwegian queen. The heated pool always makes us happy in the winter.

Very little. It’s not fancy but solid and good value for the very good location.

Food. Paid full price for almost empty buffet, thought they would add to it but they did only fill on it when opening the kitchen and then the ones who came later had only the leftovers!!! Pizza one of the cooks made was though decent. Insects in apartments. (coachroaches and ants)

Great hotel with excellent staff

Very good value. Pool area was nice. Place was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Supermarket two minutes away which was handy.

WiFi wasn't great. My a/c was noisy but I just turned it off. Other than that, no complaints

lots of potential! the place just needed a bit of work done!

lovely pool, big space with having a downstairs and upstairs and the staff were very friendly too!

the place needed a bit of work done. we had a leak in the bathroom as well as a leak in the kitchen! the shower head broke off the shower on the last morning. the stay was good for a few nights but I couldn’t have stayed any longer!
