The guys behind the bar were great
Dirty and old. This hotel is only for Russian and Egyptian people- european and brits are not welcome. Food was terrible. Entertainment was racist. Room was never cleaned properly, no water u less you pay, no Internet. Do not stay here unless you are Russian or Egyptian. Bathroom looked like something out of a horror film

We only bought the room, but there are also options including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some days we also had the opportunity to try their food. The food was quite adequate for the price, although some items were not fresh. The hotel's pool was quite big and sufficient, there was also towel service. The hotel has an agreement with 2 beaches and there is a shuttle service here every morning. We went to the sandy beach and we were very satisfied. Employees are very friendly. Rooms are big, clean and with balcony.
No wifi except in the lobby. Also, there is no air conditioning in the lobby. We had some trouble while waiting for a taxi etc. Also some food was bot fresh.

I recently stayed at Viva Sharm hotel during my visit to Sharm El Sheikh. While there were some positive aspects to the hotel, there were also a few issues that affected my overall experience.
One of the challenges I encountered was the absence of a kettle in the room. It was disappointing to find that the hotel did not provide this basic amenity. In order to have a kettle in the room, I had to pay extra fees. I believe that providing a kettle as a standard amenity in the room would greatly enhance the comfort and convenience of guests, as it allows for the preparation of hot beverages in the comfort of their own space.
Despite this drawback, there were still some positive aspects to my stay. The hotel's location, although not directly on the beach, offered access to two charming beaches within a short distance. The beaches were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and enjoyable environment.
The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Apart from the issue with the kettle, the amenities in the room were satisfactory, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
While the reception staff fell short in terms of their service, the other hotel staff members were generally friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.
In terms of dining, while the food options at the hotel lacked variety and quality, there were opportunities to explore local restaurants and cafes nearby, where I found more satisfying culinary experiences.
In conclusion, Viva Sharm hotel has some areas for improvement, including the absence of a kettle in the room without additional fees. However, the charming nearby beaches, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff members add some positive aspects to the overall experience.

Chief is 1A man. Booking.com said i paid, while hotel didn't saw that. I checked that at bank 2 days later, and there was no payment done. Booking.com was not helpful (to call them on some number abroad, while am abroad too - money would be gone) i would spent 50€ on phone doing nothing. Chief didn't know i will pay later, he was OK'ed with previous situation. Real payment was done.
Situation:
Booking.com failed (Open Viber calls, or free phone)
CEO of Viva Sharm: top behaviour he showed
Breakfast at 7:00 on...all for great even for Vegans. Salads etc. Arabian was great. Best, they drive at 9:30 to the bech, Cuba beach, with top Coral reef and Temple beach. They pick you up at 13:30. All free. Coffee free in pub. Breakfast as well. Didn't try their launch and dinner, too much food. Market is 300 m from Hotel.
Wi-Fi could work in room

I was impressed by how friendly everyone was. I felt myself at home the first moment I entered reception . Reception guys Ahmed and Omar were so good, Mr Mostafa room division, Mr Sayed in restaurant and Mr Hesham General manager were all exceptionally kind. Also a big thank you to housekeeping, the room was absolutely clean and comfortable, I slept so well
I really loved everything and want to be back again

The staff are very helpful and do their best to guide people and facilitate matters to them.
The facilities are not plentiful and are in need of more to complete in the hotel market. The food quality is so low, but before leaving, I saw some change.

The room was very light and spacious, furnitured in a minimalist style. There is a personal safe for keeping valuables which is very important. There is also a conditioner and a fridge. Big window with a big balcony.
The staff was very very helpful and approachable. They were ready to solve our problems and this was great!
We loved the food here as everything was well washed before cooking and served well cooked which is not always a case in this country.
The variety of dishes served was better than in other hotels.
It would be great to have more printed instructions on the board about some details like beaches description and hotel rules and so on as we spent quite a lot of time to get to know everything on the first day.

Very helpful and polite staff
Room was nice (except bathroom) and big, cleaned Every day.
The biggest disadventage was bathroom. Shower was small and without shower curtain. One use and the floor was all in water.
Toilet paper and shower Gel were not refilled
