Disappointing

Great location

Shower was very poor, no breakfast, no access to communal areas for several days, staff not helpful and didnt answer the phone, wifi didnt connect in the room at all

We really enjoyed our stay in Trapani and would recommend Residence Garibaldi to others.

I loved the location and the terrace.

Nice place to stay in Trapani

Very responsive host. Easy access. Nice apartment with a terrace.

Note that this is an "annex" (as stated in the room description) and it's not in the main Garibaldi building, so some of the general pictures are irrelevant. The terrace has a view to the interior of the building.

Garibaldi

Good central location, possibility to self-checkin and self-checkout. Friendly owner. Beds were good enough. Nice large towels.

The ceiling is very very low. I'm not very tall (1,77) but couldn't walk upright through doors. In the rooms I had 5cm to spare. Would have been nice to know this beforehand, so if you're taller than me, be warned! The kitchen inventory was a bare minimum, even for this pricelevel. Also, the ceiling in the kitchen started leaking during a storm. We sent a picture of this to the owners right away. We of course understand that this couldn't be fixed right away. But an acknowledgement of the problem and a reaction like "Do you need some extra towels" would have been nice. Owner came by to check next day. Not a big problem, but the handling could have been a bit more adequate.

Great apartment in good location.

Very good apartment close to the Trapani center with all neccessery equipment. Comfortable beds, climatic terrace where You can eat breakfast and drink coffee. We got super starter gift with local delicacies. Additionally host Oscar was very kind and helpfull 🙂

Parking is ca 500m from place and costs ca 5-8e per day, but there is no problem with finding place.

the location was very good

it was not clean. a lot of dust everywhere and. try old interior. also in the morning the dog was barking so so much it was impossible to sleep. someone was slamming the doors very loudly.

Hotel with a view and a big tarrace in the old city

View from the window was perfect showing a beautiful architecture of the opposite building..I booked this place because of the terrace and even if it didn't looked so nice as on the Booking.com pictures, I could relax there after sightseeing. The room on the first floor was quite nice. Generally, the location of the place in the old city is great.

I didn't like the first room we were offered, on the second floor. The shower doors were broken in our first and in the second room as well. The tarrace could be more cared for. The whole place has a grat potential and coul be a perfect place.

Parking lot in 6 minute walking distance and chargeable. No breakfast “due to Corona” (in our opinion the breakfast with a rating of 9.3 should then be removed from the offer, because it says “breakfast included”). Super thin walls, which make you hear every noise in the next room(s). WiFi does not work in the center of the room, just next to the hallway door.

Well located at the beginning of the old town.

It's rooms of an old, out of order family apartment. You hear everything from the hallway, you bang your head on door frames, everything is crammed. Disgustingly dirty bathroom with hair and blood stains from the pre-pre-successors. Never felt so disgusted staying anywhere. This place is run terribly. Stay away, if you have any dignity left.

Perfect location near the sea

Perfect location, very quiet, lovely street and entrance, and cute apartment with windows looking onto the courtyard and terraces. Great communication from the host and easy self check-in. Good wifi - I had to take a long video meeting while there and the connection was great. The ceiling height is no problem, just check that you are shorter than the stated height in the description and you'll be fine.

Well placed lodgings at the start of old Trapani

Pretty little inner courtyard. Well placed at one end of a lively street (though rooms were quiet). Clear instructions made arrival and self check-in easy. Staff were helpful after I left something in the room. Ample parking just a short walk away.

One of the rooms was on the ground floor, quite small and very dark, but the other in the attic was more spacious and airy. Didn't see any breakfast part of the "B&B".

Easy beach access, good location in the center of the old city.

Location to the beach was good. Our room also had a washing machine which was great. Small kitchen and terraces was nice to have while staying there. Would be a good unit for a longer stay in Trapani. Breakfast was served on the terrace and very nice.

The shower was non functional and in a beach town its very important. The management needs to check these apartments for functionality.
